Functional Role

• Proactively identify and engage with key decision makers in our target market segments through delivering product presentations and providing technical advice and support.
• Plan and organize customer visits and provide efficient and professional response to customer enquiries and requests.
• Identify and generate sales opportunities through the development of new and existing accounts and deliver targeted sales on a monthly basis.
• Develop strong network of customers via regular contact and superior levels of customer service and attention.
• Develop a deep knowledge of the company’s products, applications and core markets via internal training (local and overseas).

Academic Qualification:

• Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering or similar.

Professional Experience:

Programme Costs models

- Work with respective programme heads or directors to translate programme logic/operational model into activity-based or other financial/costing models as necessary, for grant proposals

- Set up programme structure in collaboration with programme heads/directors in programme resource modules in ERP, CRM or identified tool as appropriate.

- Manage programme cost data captured in programme resource management and financial statement modules to ensure data integrity

Grant Financial Governance and Reporting

- Manage and align external stakeholder (grantor) requirements with internal financial processes

- Track approved grant budgets and perform grant reporting

- Ensure compliance to key policies, such as financial policy/internal controls and risk management

- Ensure proper supporting document for transactions to be audit ready always

.Liaise and assist Managing Director in responding to request for quotation from prospective clients both local and overseas

· Manage and coordinate preparation of pre-tender documentation and response to tender clarifications and amendments involved and attends tender meetings leading to award of tenders.

· Prepare contract documents for control and implementation of contract administration and reviews commercial aspects of contract and agreement with clients & sub-contractors

· Assist the Project Managers in preparation of monthly progress payment and ensure successful claim of progress payment
