• Develop and maintain relationships and communication with key partners to create solid marketing plans and serve as the primary point of contact

• Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention marketing programs, web-based, database, and direct to consumer marketing.
• Lead wedding, corporate and other event marketing outreach.
• Oversee e-newsletter campaigns for the restaurants.
• Ensure Marketing and respective teams provide on-site event support where necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor degree from an accredited university in business, marketing or related major is preferred.
• 3-5 years of related work experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Dynamic team player with great collaborative and interpersonal skills.
• Strong personal leadership, organizational, relationship building and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently: displays self-confidence, enthusiasm and strong customer service orientation.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end employee journey, from onboarding, probation review, performance review and offboarding.
• Guide business on workforce planning, participate on the annual people cost forecast, develop a sustainable plan to fulfil business objectives in short to long term.
• Guide managers in usage of performance review, salary review, bonus and promotion, ensure to be in line with the group’s methodologies.
• Review & enhance existing process & template such as people cost forecast, induction program, company policies.
• Partner with COE functions (e.g. Rewards, Shared Services…) to drive people related programs such as wellness enhancement and people system implementation.
• Work with manager to identify and develop a high performing team, set development plan such as coaching, mentoring, and training to retain the key talents.
• Partner with business stakeholders on all people matters, act as internal HR advisor to provide pragmatic HR solutions.
• Work with the leadership team to plan and implement employee engagement activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Someone with at least 10 years of HR, preferably come with experience handling corporate functions (e.g. Finance, Marketing, IT…).
• Someone who is a seasoned HRBP and strong on numerical skills. Experience on end-to-end employee life cycle management is highly preferred.
• Someone who has prior experience or knowledge of Singapore Labour laws and IR practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Coordination of structural works during construction process

Attending site meeting with contractor and other consultants.

Attending site issues, timely replies to RFI, coordinating VO (if any), material costing and estimation

Liaise closely with internal and external parties as well as the authorities to resolve structure design discrepancies and construction issues

Attending technical and project coordination meeting with various disciplines.

Manage and resolve production, quality, design & engineering and schedule issue

Plan, design and supervise C&S Engineering works on HDB Projects, ensure all engineering works comply with relevant statutory standards, regulations and Codes of PracticeCoordination of structural works during construction process

Job Scope

• Oversee the service of the restaurant.
• Handling guest complaints and feedback to ensure guests satisfaction.
• Providing coaching and feedback to staffs.
• Monitoring and maintaining the operating systems of the outlet.
• Ensuring food quality and hygiene standard is maintained.
• Greeting and coordinating the guests’ seats and assign guests to tables suitable to the size of each group.
• Ensuring team briefings are carried out before each service period.
• Promoting the restaurant by establishing a loyal and regular customer base, maintaining a regular customer database and personalising customer service.
• Participating in monthly physical stock take of the restaurant, including but not limited to glassware, plate and crockery.

• Reporting restaurant’s situation daily to General Manager.

Requirement
