Grocery Logistics Singapore (GLS) a wholly owned subsidiary of FairPrice Group Supply Chain, is a well-established logistics player in the Fast Moving Consumers Goods (FMCG) segment, incorporated since January 1993. RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Purpose

You will be a key member responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process and ensuring that it is optimized to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This role will also lead the team to design, implement automated systems to improve warehouse operations efficiency and capacity, as well as, drive related continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, improve the process and systems within the supply chain, in a way that fosters collaboration, communication and continuous improvement to optimize the entire supply chain process.
• Design, implement, and/or improve operational processes to integrate automation processes / technology into the operations.
• To articulate practical recommendations for business requirementsand demonstrating an ability to address pain points & issues at a high level.
• Engage and partner with key stakeholders and operators on automation projects to ensure successful implementations by understanding stakeholders requirements and vendor capabilities.
• Review automation project progress and vendor performance to ensure our automation strategy is well implemented.
• Drives innovation from ideation to realization for process improvements, including definition and deployment of automation/technology roadmaps, budget of project, and developing implementation plans.
• To provide industry insights related to automation trends, challenges & market opportunity, identifying how the company's products/services may bring value to existing or potential external customers.
• Coach and lead direct report to support and develop automation solutions/projects, provides feedback to enhance skills, knowledge and work performance.

• Prior knowledge and minimum 8 years of hands-on experience related to warehousing solutions and/or automation design and implementation, industrial engineering and/or supply chain operations management in e-commerce and/or consulting environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Operations Management/Industrial Engineering/ Automation or any other related profession.
• Possess a strong understanding of the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain.
• Experience in product management with the ability to integrate technical solutions into an operational environment to ensure a sustainable solution.
• Ability to manage a few projects simultaneously within tight timeline.
• Prior hands-on experience in modelling/simulation tool is desirable.
• Experience with time studies, methods/work study and/or other performance analysis methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, analytical mindset and skills, with the ability to convert analysis into business insights for decision making.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders from different hierarchy levels with the ability to drive achievement of objectives.

You will be responsible for design, deployment, and management of our SEA+I Hybrid Infrastructure Services, which includes both regional cloud and local on-premises environments.

You will be the technology leader who can deliver scalability, reliability and availability of our infrastructure across multiple platforms to support our regional business.

You will work with local IT teams across SEA+I to manage and optimize their on-prem environment.

• Develop and maintain documentation, including infrastructure architectures, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

General Requirements

• Over 10 years experience in general IT and more than 5 years experience in a regional infrastructure management role
• Demonstrated experience in the planning, design and implementation of hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure architecture and security
• Experience in general IT governance (organizational management, technology evaluation, vendors management, program planning, etc.)
• Project Management and decentralized team coordination experience
• Familiar with enterprise infrastructure and networking solutions, able to review technical details with the team to identify potential improvements
• Have a good technical understanding of advanced network security concepts and identity & access management solutions
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, Certified Azure Solutions Architect, Fortinet NSE, …) are a plus
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written (C1 English level)
• Bachelor or Master degree (Computer Science) or equivalent through experience
• Flexibility to travel (20% travel)

The Role

Working with an industry market leader and alongside a highly dedicated team, the Field Service Technician will report to the Service Manager and Field Service Manager. The role will provide strong technical and maintenance support for our customers by performing planned maintenance or non-scheduled repairs in a professional manner for mechanical battery electric and internal combustion lift trucks.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Report to the Service Manager and Field Service Manager regarding on-site repairs and/or maintenance calls and update daily on-site job cards.
• Complete a minimum average number of site calls per day.
• Coordinate with customers on site arrival, departure, truck service availability, and ensure that lift trucks are operating well before leaving the site; ensure that necessary work are completed satisfactorily before seeking customers' acknowledgement on the service job cards.
• Maintain an accurate record of all travel and worked hours for each job using the assigned tablets.
• Maintain the service van condition according to Company standards and ensure scheduled maintenance is carried out on the service van.
• Maintain tools and equipment according to the company standard and report any breakages or loss of tools promptly.
• Replenish and maintain service van inventory to the specific and appropriate levels.
• Participate in and conduct an accurate count during a van stock-take and provide accurate daily cycle count data.
• Ensure that on-site work safety requirements are complied with at all times.
• Understand daily work targets, completed jobs and/or sales of parts.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects or training matrix evaluations, when necessary.
• Perform a reasonable amount of overtime work to support business/customers' needs, when necessary.

The Right Fit:

• Nitec/NTC-2/3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering studies
• At least 2 years of working experience in maintenance repair and overhaul in industrial machinery or material handling equipment (lift trucks)
• Good working knowledge in electrical/mechanical aptitude or electro-hydraulic equipment will be advantageous.
• Experienced in customer service will be advantageous.
• Possess strong communication skills and proactiveness to resolve technical issues.
• Must hold a valid Class 3 driving license to drive the assigned service van for field work. Candidates with no driving license will be considered for workshop technician positions.

• Lead project execution after deal closure. Direct, lead and motivate multi-disciplinary project teams and hold team members accountable to deliver results within an agreed project governance structure to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the life of the program. Key requirements:

• Degree in Life Sciences related discipline with commercial acumen or experience in project planning; PMP Certification highly desired.
• Experience working in FDA regulated biotech/pharma industry with proven experience in a project management capacity.
• Relevant business and customer interaction experience in a CDMO highly preferred, but not essential.
• Knowledge base of clinical research strongly preferred, with experience of moving pharmaceutical products from clinical into commercial manufacturing environments an advantage.
• Statistical techniques and failure analysis, validation concepts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to be applied at high level.
