Regional Business Development and Sales Executive

This full-time, on-site position is an integral component of our organization's expansion strategy. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing a sales roadmap, aimed at revenue growth and market expansion for our premium range of flavors.

Responsibilities

Strategic Initiatives

• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and new market entries.
• Develop strategic plans for sales and business development.

Sales Operations

• Manage and oversee the sales pipeline from initial client engagement to contract finalization.
• Meet and exceed established sales targets.

Client Engagement

• Be the voice and face of our brand, initiating first contacts with prospective clients through cold calls, social media, and industry events.

Account Management

• Cultivate relationships with existing and new clients.
• Develop client-specific solutions in consultation with R&D and Production departments.

Data Analysis

• Utilize data analytics tools for trend analysis and sales forecasting.
• Provide actionable business insights through comprehensive reporting.

Team Management

• Facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration.

Financial Oversight

• Prepare, administer, and adhere to the departmental budget.
• Present sales forecasts and revenue projections to executive management.

Client Retention

• Implement effective customer relationship management strategies that result in high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Continuous Improvement

• Institute processes for ongoing business and operational improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role; experience in the flavor or fragrance industry is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in sales analytics tools and CRM software.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Description:

- Strong experience in IT service Management and support operation management.

- Strong experience oversight or managing outsource / offshore support service delivery structure and operations.

- Strong experience with ITSM processes across Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management.

- Strong experience in ServiceNow or other workflow / request management tools.

- Strong experience / proficient with end-to-end Technology spectrum (apps and infrastructure), including common infrastructure (cloud or on-prem) and associated control / monitoring tools.

- Good understanding of application control / monitoring tools.

- Proficient with MAS TRM, Outsourcing and TVRA requirement.

- Good to understand MAS guidelines and banking act.

- Proficient with regional central banks governance requirement is preferred
