• Work as the PowerFlex storage subject matter expert (SME) and station at customer site.
• Provide day to day support to customer’s storage setup.
• Act as the storage escalation point and help the deployment team members on troubleshooting when necessary. • Provide documentation of the storage project.
• Provide knowledge transfer to customer IT staff after completing storage deployment.
• Have good understanding of SAN storage.

• Complaint-Handling: Handles and addresses complaints end-to-end; Acts as escalation point for customers and other parties within the team.

• Solution Provision: Able to provide timely solution to cases/exceptions, proper follow up and follow through end-to-end.

• Service Recovery: Able to provide service recovery as deemed appropriate, with the necessary investigations done & wisely executes empowerment with proper justifications and based on set processes.

• Manages and investigates customer claims, and assesses if claim is approved or denied, where claims are not handled by insurer/3rd party administrator.

• Manages any ad hoc/regular reports supporting SME or KAM customers.

• Stays informed on shipment and exception status for allocated KAM customers.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O’ Levels or Diploma.

The Sensory Assistant Manager/ Manager role:

Role responsibilities:

The Sensory Assistant Manager/ Manager will be reporting directly to Asia Sensory Director and will be leading a team of panel leaders and assistant based in Singapore to drive sensory operational excellence. He/ She will also provide support and guidance to newly set up India sensory team in sensory activities.

He/ She will manage ASEAN and India client accounts. These may include sensory panel recruitment, training, project execution, panel management, analysis and reporting and assisting with HR issues that arise from running the panels (with support from our HR team).

He/ she will be providing consultancy and training to clients to help build sensory awareness, capabilities and insights across wider communities in Asia. He/ she will be responsible for clients briefing, proposal writing and quotations creation for client projects (relating to ad-hoc sensory work, panel set up, training or management). He/ she will be required to collaborate with consumer team in study design and to establish linkages between sensory and consumer data to enable synthesis of actionable product insights. 

Skills and experience:

• We are looking for a sensory professional who has minimum 4-5 years of experience in management of trained descriptive panel, has extensive knowledge in various sensory discriminative and descriptive methods, is passionate in driving sensory research with our clients and handling client research needs.
• Ideally educated to degree level in a related field, managerial experience will be a bonus and be able to multi-task. Excellent communication skills are essential.
