The Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI) is a centralised platform for population health research, innovation, implementation and evaluation activities in SingHealth. CPHRI aims to seamlessly leverage data and technology to guide and support population health initiatives and accelerate the implementation of research findings in care delivery and improvement.

You will support the work of the Population-based, Unified, Learning System for Enhanced and Sustainable Health (PULSES) Centre Grant as well as other signature research programmes in the centre. You will assist the Principal Investigators on developing grant proposals and study plans. You will engage internal and external collaborators. You will supervise the junior research staff to perform data collection, analysis and interpretation. You will assist with preparation of abstracts/posters/manuscripts/reports. You will oversee the process and quality of the study execution and keep track of timelines and budget. You will lead a team of junior research staff and provide technical supervision.

Requirements

• PhD in Social Science, Biostatistics, Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Economics or related academic area
• At least 5 years’ experience in population health research
• Candidates with expertise in implementation science will be preferred
• Strong quantitative or qualitative research skills and proficient with advanced data analytics software (e.g. SPSS, STATA, SAS) or qualitative analysis software (e.g. Nvivo)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Highly motivated, independent and able to work in a dynamic environment

About the Team

Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the construction of data products in the direction of manpower and management, providing the company with data-related products, and driving the company's management decisions through data;

2. Responsible for the implementation of data products, including data warehouse model design, data portal, data visualization, data authority, operation system, etc.;

3. Coordinate and promote cooperative Product R & D teams and other collaborative team resources to promote the implementation of data product solutions and ensure the progress of the project.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or other related majors;

2.Good cross-team communication and collaboration skills；

3.Familiar with Human Resources and Management related businesses is preferred.
