Overview:

To lead a team of personnel (Yard and contractors) on the efficient operation of activities carried out onboard vessel (offshore newbuilding, repair, conversion and modification) or workshop and ensure that works are completed within stipulated schedules with skill, efficiency, quality and innovative solutions. Operation activities include practical design, practice procurement, project management, construction, installation, testing and commissioning.
