Furthermore, you will stay abreast of the latest developments and breakthroughs, and pass this vital knowledge on to others.

You will be responsible for Account Management within AGRAMKOW CRM system, you must identify the potential competitors and local demands in the APAC region. Your market knowledge will be fundamental to reach the sales target.

Technical skills and Experience

You have a relevant technical education, such as a Technical Engineer with an equivalent BSc in Engineering or similar. You are professionally skilled, focused on value-based selling and solution selling – Business to Business (BTB).

• Good knowledge and hands-on experience for EMI/EMC. Knowledge on EE design standards (IEC, IPCs etc) for medical device is an added advantage
• An analytical problem solver to identify root cause, devise/evaluate/recommend optimal solutions to prevent future issues

• Able to work independently, self-motivated and organized with good teamwork skills

1. Front desk and telephone reception

• Answer telephone calls and direct to colleagues as appropriate
• Attend to enquiries from public (walk-in or telephone call)
• Receive clients and visitors

2. Finance administrative support

• Preparation of payment vouchers and claims
• Preparation of reports as required
• Banking and managing petty cash float duties

3. General Administrative support

• Mails – handles postage, collection of mails and distribution
• Manage stationery (track inventory, issues and top ups)
• Monitor pantry supplies and top ups
• Assist in administrative support, co-ordination, reporting and updates
• Sorting, scanning and filing of documents
• Maintain and keep proper records of documents
• Application of training grants, subsidies, GIRO application and other vendor’s application
• Any other ad hoc related duties as assigned

• Proficient with computer especially in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
• Meticulous, good initiative and able to work independently
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and multi-task

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics/Computing) or equivalent.
• Candidate must be STRONG INTERESTS in electronics hardware/software design, development, prototyping and willing to hands-on / learn new technology, innovation in a variety of applications, like smart city, automation, artificial intelligence, robotics, etc.
• Required language(s): English
• Prefer at least one year experience in embedded system design, but candidate with no experience but strongly eager to learn also welcome to apply. A higher-level position will be considered for experienced or high capability candidates.
