Basic qualifications

• Overall experience of 7+ years in technology sales / channel management / program management / business consulting or strategy, in technology context sales, or a mix of such experience
• Bachelor's or higher degree • Proven track record of engaging senior-level internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance, once the objectives have been set, and overall direction has been aligned
• Willingness to travel to meet with partners, customers and internal stakeholders, attend events and support field teams on site

• Experience of working with large, global organizations
• Technology and cloud products and services experience

• Assist in managing client accounts and building strong relationships with clients.
• Support the Account Manager in developing account strategies and plans.
• Help prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for client meetings.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Communicate with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support account strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, finance, and operations) to ensure project success.
• Assist in tracking and reporting on account performance metrics.
