ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Provide Service Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Ensure the correct functioning and maintenance of all internal and external systems and products serviced by Service Operations
• When required, act as the customer SPOC and coordinate the scheduling of intervention with Customer's, internal resolver groups, and the Service Desk ensuring the highest level of customer services and communications are maintained to resolve the fault and incident within the prescribed SLA.
• Carry out incident and problem management support to the highest standards and co-ordinate the resolution with the appropriate resolver groups
• Ensure shortest restoral times possible, initiating the timely escalations to specialized resolver groups inside and outside SITA, according to the customer contracts, SLAs and monitoring requirements

EXPERIENCE:

• Degree or equivalent Diploma / Certificate in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years experience in the network, and/or application/system support domain.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing day to day support of medium scale maintenance projects meeting customer’s requirements and Service Level Agreements.

The activities include ensuring that the team conduct health check, conduct application monitoring, handle customer queries, investigate incidents reported, resolve the incidents and apply fixes and also to ensure that incidents reported are tracked and resolved till closure and to assist in training and guiding junior team members.

As a GST Assistant Manager, you will oversee and manage Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, ensuring timely and accurate filings in accordance with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing GST returns, reconciling tax data, addressing audits and notices, and advising on GST implications for business transactions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with financial and legal standards while staying updated on evolving tax laws. The role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure the smooth running of GST team.
• Review GST Report.
• Review the accuracy of the tax schemes and the supporting documents of the transactions.
• Review Compilation of GST Report.
• E-filing of GST Return quarterly.
• Conduct GST training.
• Attend to customer’s query of GST compliance issues.
• Liaise with GST consultant.
• In-charge of GST schemes renewal and preparation of ASK and schedules for audit.
• Other responsibilities assigned by the Account Manager.

Requirements:

• Tax / GST field experience of 2-4 years.
• Able to demonstrate leadership skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work in the team spirits. Eager to learn and inquisitive by nature.
• Able to multitask and meet IRAS required deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft office (excel, words, powerpoint, outlook).

Job scopes:

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring excellent service and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Understand clients' air export requirements and provide customized logistics solutions.
• Monitor and update customers on shipment status, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
• Address and resolve service-related inquiries, complaints, or concerns promptly.
• Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and pricing for air export shipments.
• Prepare and review air export documentation including Airway Draft.

Specific Responsibilites

• Process of customer’s orders timely and accurately
• Prompt updating and data entry of freight transactions.
• Liaise actively with customers, carriers, hauliers, overseas agents etc for freight handling
• Ensure smooth shipping from vessel sail till ETA at destination.
• Handle Cargo documentation and filing
• Ensure compliance with customer’s requirements
• Ensure that all jobs are monitored, costs, selling figures are accurately & timely updated in system
• Ensure all event data are updated correctly in system, close file with completeness
• Permit declaration

OPERATION MANAGER (AIR FREIGHT)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of export & import of airfreight shipments.
• Collaborate with various departments within the airfreight division to optimize procedures and minimize inefficiencies.
• Lead the implementation of new business initiatives. Comprehend customer needs and spearhead business implementation efforts.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure employees receive the necessary training to perform their tasks and achieve excellence.
• Conduct annual performance reviews for the airfreight department
• Maintain records of team training activities for airfreight team

Requirements:

• Min GCE “O” Level
• Min 5 years of airfreight experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Job Description:

• Attend to customers’ enquiries & issue ferry tickets.

Job Requirements:

• Min ‘N’ level or equivalent.
• Computer literate.
• Good communication and bilingual skills. Must be able to liaise & effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.
• Working hours: 3 pm to 8 pm . 5-day work week on a rotation basis.
