Crypto Operations Manager

The Crypto Operations Manager/Assistant Manager will manage the day-to-day crypto operations and the crypto operations specialists team. Responsibilities include driving operational process improvements, reducing operational risk, managing venue relationships, people management, and overseeing daily reconciliation and settlement work. We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our Private 5G based in the US.  This role focuses on sell-through and sell-to revenue opportunities within the top service providers, technology partners and Enterprise customers in the US. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for understanding and influencing customer-specific technology requirements, resulting in the adoption of Palo Alto Networks Cybersecurity solutions with our customers and  partners. Qualified applicants should have extensive experience working with Private 5G solutions, and should be familiar with the organizational makeup, core missions and strategies that organizations employ to capture business. The Business Development Manager for Private 5G is responsible for all account communications, customer relationships, technology education and new business development. They are also responsible for constructing and executing strategic account go-to-market sales plans.

This role represents opportunity for sales leadership within the Palo Alto Networks Global NetSec team.  This role reports directly to the Director of Private Networks and is a critical part of our GTM team. • Achievement of annual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis is required

The Associate Engineer is responsible in supporting Enterprise and Operations & Business Support Systems (OSS/BSS) functions to all internal and external customers.

Responsibilities :

• Provide application support for all users on Enterprise and OSS/BSS applications (e.g., Remedy, Service Web Portal, Corporate Portal, Payment Portal, etc). This includes application software configuration, programming, enhancement, and testing based on changing business requirements.
• Work with internal and external parties on technical solutions and solution implementations.
• Manage mini projects and ensure successful implementation by performing regular progress/performance monitoring.
• Ensure that all requirements are captured and work with vendor on the User Acceptance Tests specifications.
• Ensure that all activities are performed in compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Provide support to audit exercises around OSS/BSS applications, the associated interfaces and work with stakeholders to address audit findings.
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or IT HOD.

Requirements :

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent, preferably with relevant experience in OSS and/or Telecommunications industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint..
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience in web services and dynamic web application developments (SOAP, WDSL, PHP, JSP, Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle, MySQL etc).
• Knowledge of working with tools such as Python with Django Rest Framework, Postgres Database, Nginx application server, Workflow would be advantageous.
• Experience in Linux environment and application server setup is advantageous.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Pro-active, meticulous, resourceful and strong team player.
• Able to work independently under tight schedules.
• Work well with all functional levels in the organization.
