• Drive projects to implement, deploy and support line of business applications.
• Manage project deliveries, resources deployment, budget planning and general project management support for regional IT initiatives, applications and solutions in ASIA region.

IT Governance Support

• Support General Manager to plan, review and execute risk management approach, J-SOX compliance support and business continuity measures for YAMAHA Motor ASIA region and YMAP/YDS.
• Support implementation of global IT applications that YAMAHA Motor Japan (HQ) prepared in ASIA region.
• Communicate with YAMAHA Motor Japan (HQ), all of YAMAHA Motor subsidiary companies in ASIA and YAMAHA Motor Solution group to offer better IT solution.

Team Management

• Plan budget of Business Support Group and perform expenditure monitoring.
• Manage the performance of staff and plan the human resources in Business Support Group.

Job Scope

• Provide financial advice and support to operating units.
• Provide the necessary support in the implementation of internal audit recommendations where applicable.
• Partner with various central finance officers as well as operating units in the implementation of relevant procedures / policies.
• Operational Accounting management
• Conduct reviews to ensure appropriate and timely follow up action is taken by operating units. Areas of review include long outstanding debts, dormant accounts, balance sheet accounts and grant accounts, etc.
• Review for proper set up of Master data accounts for operating units.
• Ensure budget/fund monitoring mechanism is in place for operating units.
• Ensure timely submission of fund requisitions and grant disbursements.
• Monitor research project accounts to ensure timely closure and refunds to grantors upon project completion.
• Liaise with auditors for timely certification of fund requisitions.
• Key liaison person for Organisation group audit and claim submissions.
• Projects and Operational Excellence
• Review processes with the use of data analytics for continuous improvement.
• Participate in projects and assignments as may be directed from time to time. 

Requirement

• Possess a degree, preferably in Accountancy, Business Administration or equivalent awarded by a recognised University.
• Preferably with 5 to 7 years of relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge of SAP financial, project, fund and grant management systems would be an advantage.
• Have good, analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Be meticulous, resourceful with positive work attitude.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Mature and possess good interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, working within a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a sense of urgency.
• Knowledge in audit and controls procedures.

Take part in main funeral operations and logistical responsibilities including:

- Facilitation of funeral rites and rituals, directing families as needed

- Transferring of the deceased(from location of death or to funeral location)
