About the team

As a Child Safety Operation Specialist within the Trust & Safety Team, you’ll be part of a global team that ensures the timely detection and removal of content across the broad spectrum of online child endangerment, such as child sexual abuse and exploitation. What you will do

• Ensure prompt and effective communication with clients, supported by detailed email follow-ups outlining action steps, responsibilities, and deadlines.
• Maintain and develop client relationships, meeting key clients monthly to assess satisfaction and identify potential service expansions.
• Propose fee adjustments where necessary and prepare fee proposals for prospective clients.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of statutory documents to relevant authorities, including ACRA, IRAS, Stock Exchange, and The Central Depository.
• Manage daily operations, including budget preparation, credit control, and WIP finalization.
• Take on regional responsibilities and contribute to business development efforts.

Requirement:

• ICSA qualified Chartered Secretary or Degree in related field
• Relevant experience
