We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Project Manager with daily project activities, including coordination, scheduling, planning, and implementation of work.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction activities are carried out in compliance with approved designs, contract specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Provide recommendations for corrective actions when deviations from the project scope, schedule, or quality occur.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients, consultants, authorities, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication of project progress, specifications, and any challenges.
• Review project proposals and plans to align project objectives with management expectations, ensuring performance criteria and client needs are clearly understood and incorporated.
• Oversee project timelines and milestones, proposing adjustments and modifications to the schedule as needed to ensure timely delivery.

Quotation:

Based on the manufacturing methods and standard time prescribed in the process plans to make accurate cost calculation for making quotations.

Job Responsibilities:

To prepare process planning, standard time and costing calculations and ensure that parts are machined with the best quality using the most efficient methods of machining, taking into considerations:

1) Cost effectiveness of the methods of machining

2) Dimensions meeting customers’ drawing specifications

3) Special cutters, clamping jig and fixture designs whenever needed

Daily Key Tasks:

1) To Prepare process plans to ensure optimum output, best quality products with minimum risks

2) Estimate standard time for each operation

3) Make cost calculations for quotation

Qualifications and experience:

Responsibilities

· Welders fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers and measuring tools.
