• Leading the strategy and creation of the Tiger Integrated ATL communication for Tiger Global campaign, platforms & communication initiatives
• Champion and lead the development, creation and execution of Tiger’s digital & mobile strategy including all digital communications including social media.
• Support Tiger ® markets in growing the brand disproportionately by providing Brand Communication support for global campaign, platforms, initiatives as well as local Top spins based on global priorities and brand strategy

Responsibilities:

• Report to Project Director on project management, site management, and risk control to achieve project goals.
• Handle construction planning, scheduling, baseline programs, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project schedules and report progress according to the baseline program.
• Assist PD in preparing project reports (e.g., monthly reports, VO management, EOT assessments).
• Liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on project matters, providing technical and non-technical solutions.
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure contractual compliance and timely completion.
• Support the Contracts Department with tenders, including drawings, method statements, proposals, and claims preparation.
• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure progress remains on schedule.
• Oversee quality control, safety, and EHS practices on-site, identifying high-risk activities and approving method statements.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in Civil Engineering or equivalents.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and source suitable venues, F&B vendors, partners, organization gifts/collaterals, photographers/videographers/writers, AV requirements, etc.
• Manage event budgeting and handle procurement of vendors.
• Act as the main liaison with the different vendors/partners mentioned to ensure quality and timely deliverables that meet expectations.
• Oversee venue setup (physical and digital) to ensure that events run smoothly.
• Serve as the main liaison for security clearances, rehearsals, and pre-event setup.
• Manage event registration and the RSVP process.
• Design event collaterals, including posters, backdrops, and event marketing assets.
• Perform video editing tasks.
• Generate post-event reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of event management experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite and Canva for graphic design.
• Proficient in iMovie or other video editing software.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of work.
• Ability to work independently.
