The Lead manages the regulatory planning of the company regulatory submission targets from a regulatory operational perspective for the whole of the Asia Pacific region.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

· Provide strong, cross-functional team leadership for regulatory submissions within the region and manage senior leader interactions and collaborations.

· Maintain a broad and deep knowledge of all the submission planning activities taking place in his/her assigned portfolio.

· Responsible for developing and maintaining the regulatory submission plan for the assigned key projects/products and maintaining the related project milestones.

· Work closely with the central planner based in the HQ (US) on assigned products/projects.

· Drive continuous improvement of business process and technology within the Regional Planning, Regional Publishing and regulatory system teams

· Ensure robust functional area oversight of sourced activities to ensure quality, compliance and delivery against key performance criteria.

People Manager for the Regional Planning, team:

· Manage the staff in the Regional Reg Ops Group providing oversight to FTEs, contractors and sourced planning, resources as per business needs.

· Mentor and coach individuals within the department on the concepts, methods and nuances of project management, publishing, and company processes relating to high performing teams, drug development, and regulatory practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

An After School Care Centre Leader is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for students. The role involves overseeing the planning and execution of educational and recreational activities, managing staff, and communicating with parents. Leaders must ensure that children’s well-being, development, and academic needs are met, while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Job Description:

• Oversee daily operations (class scheduling, staff deployment, student attendance tracking
• Mentor and support teachers by reviewing lesson plans, conducting evaluations, refining teaching methods and liaising with parents to address any queries
• Organise, manage, and programs planning, enrichment activities, holiday programs etc.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrollment, conduct enrollment interviews, and collaborate with the marketing team on social media outreach
• Implement and manage CRM tools for communication, data management, and ensuring all events receive appropriate media coverage
• Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for events and within the centre
• Implement conflict resolution strategies and ensure that incidents are documented and professionally handled
• Ensure that the centre adheres to all regulatory requirements, MOE, MSF & ECC guidelines. Establish, review and align SOP to align to the brand’s SOP.
• Provide academic assistance and guidance to students during homework time. Communicate with teachers and parents to track academic progress
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager to support the centre's objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree Holder, preferably Education/ Child Psychology, or related fields.
• Higher qualifications in leadership or management are a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a student care or educational setting.
• Proven experience in team management, student care, and operational oversight.

Skills:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide a team of teachers and assistants.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills for managing centre operations, student enrolment, and compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, and staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with administrative systems.
• Ability to handle conflict resolution, behaviour management, and provide constructive feedback to staff and students.
• Capable of planning and executing academic and recreational programs that cater to students' holistic development.

Job Description

Programme Design and Implementation

• Organize and manage activities during student engagement programme (e.g., Reintegration Programme, The Catalyst Programme, After-School Engagement) during term time.
• Organize and manage activities at the school’s after-school engagement centre, ensuring they are meaningful and engaging for students.
• Develop holiday programmes during school breaks to maintain student engagement.

Student Supervision and Support

• Supervise students during activities, ensuring safety and positive interactions.
• Help manage and guide students towards building positive peer relationships and social-emotional competencies.
• Monitor and track student participation, following up with school personnel on non-participation.

Mentoring and Guidance

• Mentor identified students with a focus on goal-setting, academic support, and building social-emotional learning (SEL) competencies
• Collaborate with teachers-in-charge to equip students with the relevant skills and values.

Resource Management and Activity Preparation

• Ensure the provision and preparation of necessary materials for all student engagement activities.
• Engage students in maintaining the designated after-school engagement room, ensuring it is conducive for activities.

Monitoring and Reporting

• Provide termly evaluations of the programmes, collecting feedback from students and preparing reports for school.
• Share updates and progress on student participation and programme impact for ongoing monitoring and improvement.
• Ensure adherence to the school’s code of conduct during all activities.

Collaboration with School Personnel

• Work closely with school personnel to provide follow-up support for students needing additional help, including connecting students with community resources.
• Assist with other school-wide initiatives that support the holistic development of students through uplift efforts.

Review and Improvement

• Conduct review of the student engagement programme at the end of the academic year, recommending improvements for future implementation.

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree, or relevant certification from recognized local or international institutions or certification boards in:
• Social Work, Psychology, Education, Youth Work, or a related field.
• Has at least 2 years of experience working with youths.

Working hours

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holiday
