This position is responsible for the management of revenue maximization in Rooms and create Revenue Management processes in the Hotel.

Job Responsibilities

• Measure & drive total profitable revenue performance, including rooms and F&B, against strategy & targets and adapts current strategy as necessary for the hotel.
• Facilitate, guides, and directs all department heads in selecting the optimum revenue opportunities for the properties to ensure our strategic objectives are achieved.
• Actively monitor the competitive environment and elaborates revenue & pricing optimizing tactics and strategies in order to maximize Revenue Generation Index (RGI).

• Develop the process to forecast the topline revenue of all revenue centers of the business and implement the inventory controls accordingly, maintaining parity guarantee.
• Support and Impact the Revenue & Reservations Teams at the hotel.
• Coordinate Recruitment, Talent Management & Learning and Development to ensure alignment of overall quality and service.

This role will contribute significantly in the review processes of academic proposals and the implementation for Graduate programmes. The incumbent will work independently and collaboratively across teams and be a point of contact with the Ministry of Education on new degree proposals. The incumbent will also ensure judicious management of programme and course archives, and student programme diet records. • Assess operational impact and system requirement in consultation with relevant functional teams and engage proposers for a streamlined requirement.

Academic governance, policy and process streamlining

• Contributes to policy review and development of operational guidelines.
• Supports business process streamlining, designing of workflow, process automation and system enhancement.
• Assist in preparing metrics for management reporting, and attending to data requests.
• Collaborates with business analyst and IT partner on system configurations and change request.
• Collaborates in assigned projects from defining business process and system requirements to managing project timeline, stakeholder engagement and user acceptance test for a smooth launch.

Sales strategy:

The Director, Travel Vertical lead will be a part of the Acceptance team within the Merchant Sales and Acquiring (MS&A) hub organization. This is a team of thought leaders and execution-focused specialists who deploy acceptance growth initiatives and seller-side solutions to catalyse acceptance growth across Asia Pacific. The team is also the regional co-ordination point and interface into the global verticals and segments and drives the overall strategy for multiple initiatives to grow Visa’s acceptance footprints.

As a key member of this team based in Asia Pacific, you will be the business lead responsible for identifying and delivering on opportunities within the Travel vertical with client segments such as airlines, hotels and other travel partners/enablers. You will leverage your deep domain expertise of travel and payments to help grow Merchant Sales & Acquiring opportunities through enhancing customer experience, optimizing payment performances and driving revenue growth for both the clients and Visa. This role will report to Head of Acceptance in AP.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Build, own and drive Visa’s Travel segment strategy for merchants, acquirers, and enablers across the Travel value-chain in Asia Pacific.
• Be the subject-matter-expert to grow Visa acceptance, cobrands opportunities, acceptance solutions and various payment flows with travel merchants (eg: airlines, hotels, OTAs) as identified in the regional Travel strategy.

Lead, direct and manage the Building Maintenance Division of the Office of Development & Facilities Management (ODFM) in its responsibilities for the maintenance, upkeep and cleaning of structures, ensuring technical and contractual compliance.
