1. Job Purpose

The Director/Deputy Director of Digital Services is responsible to drive NHG’s digital transformation efforts and associated change management for population health plans, relationship based care and integrated care with primary and community care providers and partners. He/She will support the leadership in business transformation efforts through the implementation of digital strategy and digital products in alignment with the overall business needs and plans. In particular, he/she will work closely with the Chief Clinical Informatics Officer (CCIO) and the Population Health Management and Planning team of Population Health Campus in the development of the digital strategy and data strategy for the our residents and patients. He/she will also work closely with the Digital Health department at NHG HQ and stakeholders such as MOH, Synapxe to ensure congruency and alignment.

He/she shall lead the Digital Services team to ensure smooth and effective engagement, implementation and evaluation, in accordance with the goals and objectives and developed strategies under Population Health. This involves collaboration with key stakeholders both internally and externally to understand their digital needs and identify opportunities for transformation and improvement. He/she should also possess the ability to lead the team to keep abreast of developments in the government IT and business transformation landscape; be familiar and current with the latest technology trends and innovations, so as to drive innovation and efficiency. This will also drive NHG’s performance in achieving NHG’s Population Health Aims and sustain our operations.

They build rapport with parents and serve as the first point-of-contact for parents in all matters related to the child, effectively communicating with parents and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive and pre-emptive, striving for an incident-free and accident-free student care centre.

The Senior Student Care Facilitator plans, writes, and effectively implements age-appropriate lesson and activity plans, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills. The Team:

Business Operations and Strategy within the Market Intelligence Technical Operations with the goal of facilitating financial transparency for Market Intelligence Technology Executives to enable data driven business planning and tracking from execution to delivery.

The team delivers trusted strategic management metrics and reporting across Workforce, Vendor, Financials, and Strategic Projects, as well as KPI reporting using PowerBI. The team is expanding into Synergy Reporting, Cloud Spend, Cloud Migration, and Internal Cost Allocation Reporting.

You will be the Product Manager for the Business Intelligence platform (BOBI). BOBI is a cloud native platform, built on AWS. You will be empowered with a team of technical developers, front-end developers and a product owner.

You will be responsible in ensuring that product work is aligned with organizational priorities. You will be responsible to define product deliverables based on the strategic direction of the MI Technology and TBO organization. You will work closely with internal data providers to identify, consume and govern the datasets.
