This role is responsible for organizing the operations standards and approach to drive and achieve cost to serve targets, compliance standards. The incumbent will also support commercial solutioning requirements including integration of various services to formulate a customer response. Oftentimes the customer solutioning is triggered by a formal customer request. It is responsible for ensuring strict compliance to process standards to ensure service texture consistency across Asia. Process Engineering & Performance Management

Security Advisory

Managerial Responsibilities
