Responsibilities
· Understanding, gathering and documentation of business requirements
· Ability to multi-task on multiple projects
· Working closely with vendors on end-to-end projects
· Assist Project Managers where possible on project deliverables.
· Manage Quarterly Change Release process.
· Ad-hoc work where required
Skills/Requirement
1. Hands-on experience rolling out Workday in the role of a Functional Business Analyst - in to at least Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam for a bank.
2. Workday knowledge should include integrations to downstream bank systems, SF learning and recruitment.
3. Worked with vendors on end-to-end projects.
4. Practical experience working with users and technical delivery team as part of change releases.
5. Participated in SDM governance.
