Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or) Accounting (or) Information Technology, (or) related field.
• Proven experience around 4-6 years as a Business Analyst in a similar role is strongly preferred.
• Conversant with Agile practices and methodologies.
• Exposure to JIRA and Confluence is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
