About the Role

The Fundraising and Public Relations Manager/Senior Manager is a key contributor in achieving the annual fundraising target that enables the organisation’s overall goals to be met. The role helps to ensure that Daughters Of Tomorrow has a steady stream of revenue generation initiatives including but not limited to fundraising events, online campaigns and grant writing. Responsibilities

Fundraising & Donor Management

• 5-10+ years of experience, preferably within the payments functions of Fintechs or Banks
• A good degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or the Quantitative Sciences
• Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, the Quantitative Sciences or Business Administration from a Tier 1 institute would be an advantage
• Understanding of Enterprise Selling, Complex Sales, Partnerships Ecosystem and Channels from a B2B perspective
• An open, intuitive and curious mind to learn, unlearn and experiment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, making key decisions with minimal direct oversight
• Willingness to define and execute on the strategic and tactical tasks required for success
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A proven hunter/closer with a strong track record of success
• Ability to lead and manage through influence instead of direct reporting relationships
