Job Summary
The job holder (2-year contract) supports the Senior Manager (Team Lead) to spearhead Yayasan MENDAKI (MENDAKI)’s push towards last-mile service delivery (LMSD) to better meet the needs of the MM community. MENDAKI is embarking on a strategic client-centric initiative to achieve the next bound of service delivery, by proactively reaching out to families to understand their needs, care for them and partner them in their journey of lifelong learning.

Key Responsibility Areas

Outreach

Conduct outreach to members of the community, including families who may be in need of services, to stakeholders/partners;

1. Work with the team to identify ways to reach out to different segments of the community so as to identify and engage with under-served members.
2. Identify partners and potential partners within the community to engage and collaborate with.
3. Conduct engagement with members of the public and the community
4. Support the planning, deployment and assessment of outreach efforts.

Care

Conduct care management of families and youth, through completion of holistic assessments of the family’s needs and delivery of targeted interventions.

1. Engage with help seekers either through walk in or call enquiries, build rapport with them and identify the areas of support needed.
2. Conduct holistic assessments of clients and their family members, identifying areas of needs and intervention.
3. Partner with the client in problem solving and developing care plans to meet his/her needs.
4. Propose and implement suitable interventions (in collaboration with other agencies known to the family, where available) to meet the needs of clients.
5. Connect clients to resources and facilitate them in tapping on these resources.
6. Advocate for clients at both the individual and macro level.
7. Organise case discussion platforms for group case discussions.
8. Guide Executive Assistants in the conduct of care management.

Stakeholder Management

Develop and foster good working relationships with partners/ stakeholders. This includes M3 partners of MUIS and MESRA, as well as government and social service agencies.

1. Maintain a repository of resources available, both within MENDAKI and nationally.
2. Manage a framework of collaboration with partners/ stakeholders in client engagement, referrals and/or co-management of cases.

Administrative

Manage satellite centre operations/ youthspace.

1. Collate data on centre activities, including activities run in the vicinity or M3@Town, to provide progress updates to management
2. Monitor the use and maintenance of centre space and equipment;
3. Collaborate with internal departments and partners for utilisation of centre or partner’s premises.
4. Manage manpower roster to ensure the smooth running of centre

In achieving the above, the Executive Officer will work with the team under the direct and close guidance of the Team Lead and with the support of the relevant support departments.

Working Hours:

• Saturdays & Sundays: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Off Days: Wednesdays and Thursdays

Job Description

CyberArk is seeking for an IT Technician and Support Specialist to join the IT service and Support Team in Singapore. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end IT support for the APJ region, providing frontline user support for desktop and laptop computers, applications, mobile devices, and related technology. You will also respond to inquiries, complete end-user asset management, set up local and remote new hires, build user accounts, email accounts, and all related system access and roles, and image and deploy computers and supporting systems.

A successful candidate will be someone who has demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment independently as a strong communicator with great customer service skills, excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting computer systems and networks problems
• Handle support tickets within the required SLA and IT service measures and with a high customer satisfaction
• Install and set up laptops, printers, phones, operating systems and applications (and other necessary equipment)
• Image computers according to specification using SCCM/JAMF/MDM
• Active directory maintenance
• Office 365 and corporate software related support
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications and hardware
• Repair and support equipment as necessary
• Act as the security liaison in the Singapore local office; adhering to the security guidelines and ensuring employees are following the company security policies and procedures.
• Ad hoc tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years prior experience in a helpdesk support role with strong troubleshooting and problem solving mindset
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system’ Microsoft Office products, Mac operating system and Mac management
• Demonstrated ability with Active Directory, Exchange administration (email accounts, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, resources) and remote control support tools
• Confident in managing relationships with APJ stakeholders across levels and vendors
• Proven operator in processing support requests across APJ amongst other priorities
• Team player mentality in a regional & global team
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Can work in flexible hours within a global team

Scope of work

• Handle calls, walk-in enquiries, delivery, school mails, parcels dispatch.
• Attending to pupils who are unwell in the General Office (GO) and ensuring that the school’s early dismissal procedure is adhered.
• Coordinate with Teacher in charge to update weekly school activities in the GO
• Pack and prepare materials to be distributed to all classes
• Compilation of simple information and statistics using MS Office
• Filing and distribution of school correspondences and materials
• Provide administrative support during major school events e.g P1 orientation etc
• Any other duties as assigned by School

Qualifications, skills and experience:

(a) At least an GCE ‘O’ Level (or equivalent)

(b) Preferably well conversant in both English and Mandarin

(c) At least 3 years of experience providing admin support

(d) Proficient in MS Office

Scope of Work:

Counter Service to manage stakeholders’ needs

• Front desk duties include attending to the needs of walk-o in customers (such as parents, visitors, partners, teachers, staff, and students) in a professional, prompt and friendly manner. This also includes assisting students according to the school’s guidelines such as issuing graduation certificates and other documents.
• Accept goods on behalf of staff and coordinate with them to ensure receipt of the items.
• Handle incoming calls professionally and ensure they are answered within 3 rings.
• Issue stationery and loan items and provide guidance to users on the appropriate forms to use.
• Notify the General Office when stationery and first aid supplies in the Sick Bay need replenishment.
• Administer basic first aid to injured or ill students in the Sick Bay and issue excuse chits for students who need to leave school early.
• Manage lost and found items, ensuring they are promptly recorded, labeled, and organized in a timely manner.

Students’ Support

• Handle administrative duties such as data entry, verify and check on completeness of forms and documents submission such as MOE FAS application forms and leave application forms.
• Handle the latecomers by updating the latecoming details at the google form, issuing latecomer’s slip, daily updating of students’ attendance and notifying OM on students issued with Corrective Work Order.
• Manage parents’ appointments for key personnel during Parents-Teachers Meetings.
• Support Discipline Master in the safekeeping of Ezlink cards/ handphone for latecomers/students.

Other Administrative Support

• Provide administrative support for fund raising events.
• Maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of reception counter.
• Handle adhoc duties and projects assigned by the School.

Qualifications, skills/traits and experience:

- Candidate should possess strong communication and active listening skills, a pleasant, friendly and mature disposition and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Candidates must possess at least a GCE N Level Certificate

- Candidate should preferably have 2 years of experience in frontline customer service.
