• Good working knowledge on desktop operating systems including Windows 10 and above, Macintosh OS, and associated generic applications
• Working knowledge on other IT domains, including software, hardware, servers and network operations
• Working knowledge in handling/operations on audio/video equipment and its infrastructure
• Preferred experience on programming, ServiceNow, data integration and ITIL Certified

• Provide printer equipment demonstration, installation and technical support to customers and sales team
• Provide phone and on-site support, maintenance and servicing, trouble-shoot and repair of printer equipment and its supplied software
• Conduct regularly onsite equipment maintenance and servicing for members
• Develop training materials and conduct printer and software training to both external and internal customers
• Provide printing service support to customers and sales team
• Provide administrative support to ensure proper filing of service records

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to sales enquiries, quotations and responding to customer enquiries.
• Manage RFQ, review quote package, generate accurate and detailed quote summary for review.
• Liaise with purchasers on cost involving on the sales enquiries or quotations.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations.
• Collaborate with internal resources to identify the make/buy logic for the bill of materials.
• Apply work knowledge to improve quote formats and output efficiency.
• Others ad-hoc duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical/Precision Engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity or experience on CNC machining or precision engineering environment preferred.
• Well verse in Microsoft Office.
• Able to interpret mechanical/technical drawings, bill of materials, specifications and Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Familiar with CNC metal machining process like turning and milling etc.
• Pleasant personality and able to communicate well with customers for their request.
• Meticulous, excellent with details.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Triage & Managing the Queue - ensure that inbound cases have the correct values in key fields: Severity, Category, Subcategory, and Case Synopsis. And also verify the contact and hotel information.
• Self-assignment - you will assign yourself cases from the queue not only in areas where you have expertise, but in subjects that will challenge you and help you grow.
• Case Management - We do not follow a tiered support structure; rather, you will own each case from Opening to Resolution. By relying on Training, Playbooks, Knowledge, and Peers, you will quickly learn to troubleshoot and resolve cases across all Duetto products.
• Escalations - You will need to document product defects (using written text and video content) for escalation to R&D. You must be able to articulate Expected Behavior, Actual Behavior, and Repro Steps to Engineering.
• Once you have on-boarded for one year and have become an independent contributor, you may be eligible for promotion to Senior Specialist. Senior Specialists have the following added responsibilities: peer review of knowledge articles, peer review of case escalations, and system monitoring (using tools such as sentry.io, sumologic.com, etc.)

• 50% of our cases are issues dealing with integrations and data quality, so you must be strong analytically.Familiarity with XML is a big plus.
  Ability to manage large complex spreadsheets and familiarity with XMl is a huge plus.
