• Prepare and deliver status updates / report to management

• Log and track problem tickets relating to S1/S2 or high impact issues

• Support and assist in high severity incidents and drive problem management meetings

• Collaborate with multiple internal teams across disparate groups to restore services when incidents occurred, gather required experts to perform root cause analysis for problem resolution

• Assist in high severity incident communications such incident broadcast communication to all stakeholders and provide regular updates to management until incident closure

• Manage the incident and problem management process to ensure all preventive measures and problem resolution are recorded in the Known Error Database (KEDB)

• Implement Response and Recovery Plans and activities relating improvements to service recovery

• Maintain processes, templates and SOP, website and information related to incident and problem management

• Assist senior leaders in disaster recovery planning and activities

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other highly technical, scientific discipline

• 3-5 yrs of Technical / Application Support experience

• Proven experience of working efficiently in a cross functional team

• ITIL v3/v4 certification and strong service oriented experience / background

• Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs Strong competency in IT technologies covering operating systems, databases technologies, networking, server, load balancing and/or application related domains covering healthcare and healthcare related industries

Job Description

• Actively engage in daily logistics operations, handling the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of AOG/Critical aircraft tools.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and achieving KPI targets.

• Run the maintenance and repair program for aircraft tools (troubleshoot or liaise with external vendors).
• Train staff for minor troubleshooting works on aircraft tools/equipment.
• Ensures briefing on technical handling matters and safety issues are conducted for staff.
• Any other duties as assigned by Operation Executive.

Requirements

• Higher NTC or Diploma in any Logistics / Supply Chain related discipline
• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

You will correlate threat intel information with internal resources and determine how it affects the organization. You will perform threat hunting based on the Cyber Threat Intel information that you gathered or received. The ideal candidate is expected to operate under pressure, be a strong problem-solver, and always look for ways to improve processes for effectiveness and efficiency.


Responsibilities:

• Analyze Cyber Threat Intel information/reports and update respective stakeholders for strategic and tactical purposes.
• Understand our business and environment thoroughly to better correlate threat intel information.
• Perform OSINT gathering.
• Work with Cyber Engineering team to automate defenses with threat intel information.
• Perform threat hunting based on relevant threat intel information.
• Provide advice to relevant teams on the priorities of use case development, Breach and Attack Simulation and patching.
• Assist investigation by providing relevant threat intel information when requested by Cyber Defense team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or related field.
• Candidates with Cyber Threat Intel experience will be strongly preferred.
• Strong foundation in Cybersecurity.
• Strong analytics skills.
• Scripting knowledge such as Python will be preferred.
