• Experience with manual/automated web testing, including functional, API, and UI/UX testing.
• Work closely with users, conducting workshops to analyse and gather user requirements through developments with overlapping activities.
• Participate in product review sessions with business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the vendor on user requirements to ensure implementation aligns with endorsed requirements.
• Conduct system testing, including Functional and Regression Tests, and System Integration Testing.
• Verify business rules and detailed data.

Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service
