The Sales Support Representative (SSR) is the primary point of contact for the customer and collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and other departments to respond to customer inquiries. RESPONSIBILITIES

The BA Analyst is the primary contact in REC IT for SAP S/4HANA functional areas and its related integrations. This person is responsible to provide solutions for business needs & support day-to-day operations.
