In this role as a Risk Specialist in Wise’s second line Risk Management Team, you will be a key contributor in, and risk partner for the delivery of the risk management framework in Asia. Here’s what will you be doing:

• Embed the financial risk management within the Asia countries, as per the regulatory requirements. Perform gap analysis against regulatory requirements, assess and work towards remediation.
• Support appropriate reviews, update, and maintenance of financial risk  such as capital management, ICAAP, exit plans, monitor credit exposure, losses, etc.
• Lead and conduct risks assessments relevant to business and provide regular risk reporting and deep dives on relevant risk changes at the committee’s and board. 
• Work with business to provide constructive feedback on remediation to business partners and provide governance related support.
• Assist with the regional implementation of Enterprise risk management framework, including risk appetite statement (RAS) and measure using key risk indicators (KRI’s) for key risks within the countries.
• Monitor and manage risks against set appetite for regional entities.
• Support in governance related to risk event and incident management from a 2LoD perspective.
• Delegate for regional risk lead for senior management/ committee reporting.
• Provide support to the group risk management function.

A bit about you:

• Proven experience as a risk manager with experience in implementation of financial risk frameworks such as liquidity and prudential risk.
• Good understanding of risk management and risk reporting systems with ability to develop the systems.
• Comfortable in managing stakeholders.
• Preferably in a Second line risk management role within a financial institution.

As a Card Fraud Analyst, you get to support your team’s operational success and bring your expertise to upscale the domain; driving detection and prevention focused initiatives with long-lasting impacts will be part of your daily work. 

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to Card Disputes team: 

1. Card Fraud Rules Management

1. • Rule creation and optimisation
   • Periodical Card Fraud loss reviews identifying emerging intra and cross-portfolio risks

2. KPI & performance measurement management

MUFG Investor Services IT team is looking for a talented and experienced Application Support Analyst who will be responsible for supporting banking applications such as Flexcube, SWIFT, MUFG Automated Payment System, FX All and MUFG FX, in addition to integrated banking products.

Successful applicant should have experience in working with banking solutions for Financial and Fund Administration Institutions. This person will be responsible for the delivery of internal operations and support, he/she will interact with the external vendors, and be part of an internal team managing a portfolio of in-house/vendor applications. You Will:

• Play a key role as part of a global support team covering the IT Core banking applications (Flexcube, SWIFT, MUFG Automated Payment System, FX All and MUFG FX),
• Provide Level 2 Incident & Problem Management support by working with vendors &/or Internal support teams to resolve technical and user issues during product migration and BAU,
• Coordinate with vendor and/or Support teams for various technical deliverables including Customization Deliveries, Patch sets, fixes,
• Document IT user procedures around IT Change Management & business user procedures while effectively supporting user training,
• Support Project Managers in ongoing initiatives related to the Core Banking Solutions.
• Interact with vendors of financial systems about technical issues and the coordination of enhancements.
• Participate in new platform releases, as well as testing activities to confirm system changes, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring they meet quality standards before deployment.
• Development and enhancement of the platforms to increase automation and expand the utilization of features,
• Internal co-ordination between distinct internal IT functions and groups to ensure high quality service delivery and total ownership of issues to complete resolution,
• Examinations and Audits - Respond to requirement from regulators and auditors to provide appropriate support for information requests.

All the Better:

• Knowledge of IaaS (e.g. Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure)
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environments, Linux, Java applications, Microsoft IIS, Apache Tomcat, Weblogic, SQL Server, Oracle DB.
• Knowledge of System Development Lifecycle and standard software development methodologies including ITIL standards (certification will be a plus).

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Operations in all daily tasks and matters within the Operations Department.
• Liaise closely with customer in project executions including carrying out site surveys, preparing designs and documentations (method statements, safe work procedures, risk assessments, fall prevention plans and lifting plans) for submission, arrange manpower and logistics to deliver construction equipment to site, install, commission, maintain, inspect, shift, troubleshoot, dismantle and return construction equipment to workshop.
• Conduct frequent site inspections to ensure work done in accordance with contractual scope of work, customer requirements and manufacturer specifications as well as take prompt corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit service reports with pictures, work done forms, weekly inspection checklists and maintenance checklists to customers and Head of Operations.
• Liaise with AEs and PEs to carry out designs, inspections and testing as well as submit drawings, calculations, COS and LM certificates to customers promptly.
• Conduct user trainings and safety briefings as well as organise safety campaigns.
• Perform incident investigation and root cause analysis as well as prepare incident reports with pictures.
• Manage the training, productivity and well-being of the teams assigned by the Head of Operations.
• Ensure our construction equipment and accessories on-site are fully accounted for at all times and implement necessary measures to prevent loss and damage.
• Perform asset and inventory reconciliation and generate monthly reports for Management.
• Use Enterprise Resource Planning system to complete daily tasks and assist in the implementation and improvements of the system.
• Ensure procedures, products and services rendered comply with Company policies, government regulations and ISO standards.

In assessing the energy market, the interrelated nature of supply and demand per energy carrier (oil, gas, coal, renewable) will be taken into consideration. Furthermore factors related to politics (emission regulations, CCS etc.) and specific economic and sectoral developments (ie. Global trade and bunker demand etc,) have a direct impact across and directly on individual energy carriers.
