Responsibilities:

• To be the primary technical contact for customers
• Assist customers in the repair and maintenance activities, but also with providing spare parts and associate services
• To identify and translate customers’ requests
• Handle technical incidents and establish reports (troubleshooting, expertise, gathering useful information for analysis
• Guarantee, when necessary, the proper processing of offers: spare parts, onsite interventions and repairs.
• Coordinate onsite interventions actions and ensure an ongoing communication to the customer.
• provide technical assistance to the Repairs Department and Field Service Technicians + Business Centers
• Occasionally promote to customers the Company’s technical training sessions and sales of spare parts and repairs
• Initiate, together with the appropriate stakeholders, the implementation of corrective actions that arose from customer complaints/claims.
• To be the technical interface within the Company’s departments, such as Engineering, Purchasing, Sales, Production, Global Service and customers
• To identify potential sales opportunities and forward the information to the sales teams.
• Identify the spare parts needed for Sales team to quote to customer
• Recommend spare parts needed for regular maintenance/during troubleshooting
• Acts as last form of technical checks to make sure the spares quoted is according to customer’s requirement
• curb warranty costs.
• To be responsible for the collection of outstanding payments for the Customer Service department
• To maintain proper records of interaction with customers within the CRM tool
• To control offers and order confirmation as per applicable procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Marine Engineering or relevant studies
• Must be bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients/customers

1. General electrical fitting work including installation of electrical equipment, electrical cabling works, cable trucking, cable conduit and termination, etc

2. Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.

• Handles full set of purchasing process (Sourcing, RFQ, shipping and follow up on deliveries)

• Ensures timely PO execution and address supplier’s capacity, materials issues that may affect supply
• Works closely with vendors to schedule delivery and pick-up of equipment
• Coordination with vendors on scheduling & expediting of deliveries or resolution of purchase discrepancies if any
• Analyses and maintained an accurate cost per site (equipment and labour)
• Supports all Engineering programs in identifying and qualifying suppliers, auditing new Vendors using both Technical and commercial knowledge to support company requirements
• Maintain procurements database
• Works closely with Finance to resolve invoice discrepancies and verified correct shipment/purchase orders on packing lists
• Exercise good vendor management and monitor performance of suppliers to meet objectives in the area of quality, inventory control and actively engages suppliers
• To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder in Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience / relevant industries
• Good team player, independent and strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and Interpersonal skills

• Participate in full project life cycle from requirements gathering to project implementation, maintenance and support.
• Be responsible for program design, coding, testing and documentation.
• Develop secure, scalable and good quality application programs and API within allocated man days.
• Perform data migration, data transformation and scripting.
• Have a passion for delivering zero defect codes and be responsible for ensuring the codes meet the expected SLA.
• Participate in continuous integration activities and automation frameworks for testing and deployment.
