We are seeking a skilled M365 Messaging Systems Support Engineer responsible for providing day-to-day support and maintenance of on-premises and/or Microsoft 365 (M365) messaging systems such as MS Exchange, Teams, Lync, Skype, and SharePoint. Required Qualifications:

Experience:

3+ years of experience in messaging systems administration, troubleshooting, and support, particularly with Microsoft Exchange, Teams, Lync, Skype, SharePoint, or similar platforms.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of on-premises and M365 messaging systems.
• Experience with monitoring tools and troubleshooting messaging logs.
