What you will do

• End to end Digitalization & Automation project management from conceptualization and requirements to implementation, validation and sustaining
• Work with both internal and external stakeholders to drive action and progress in pivot towards Industry 4.0
• Identify opportunities in manufacturing processes, execute improvement projects, ensure successful integration, improve existing data architecture and derive impactful insights using data analysis techniques
• Develop robust software architecture to build manufacturing SCADA capabilities
• Ensure compliance to Quality standards in all work, including Trials, Validation and Documentation.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Software / Industrial / Mechatronic / Data Science)
• 1 - 2 years of working experience in electronics manufacturing industry preferred
• Experience in software applications development, IT networking, Pub / Sub messaging architecture is preferred
• Coding competency required, e.g. Python, Matlab, C#, SQL, R, JavaScript etc
• MS Office knowledge required (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Familiarity with MES. SCADA systems and Manufacturing Equipment Integration will be advantageous
• Web development & Communication protocol knowledge will be a bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out implementation, maintenance, support and operation of the project's security monitoring use cases and automation playbooks.

• Manage the database technologies, such as RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
• Perform database security activities, not limiting to regular database security reviews, implementing database security policies, setup database logging, and regular database patching.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and participte in quality planning such as FMEA, control plan, mistake proofing, supplier qualifications
• Lead in Quality Audit (First party and 2nd party audit of ISO 9001 System),
• Maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS)
• Lead in supplier quality and Supplier development management actitvties including supplier performance assessment, warranty and claim process and supplier certifications
• Drive statistical methods in process control and continual improvement in process control and quality
• Provide technical support during Project QA, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required
• Ensuring the compliance with all the specifications and requirements included in the signed EPC contracts .
• Co-ordination with Safety / O&M / technical / engineering resources / customers and other stakeholders for QA/QC activities as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Degree/ Diploma in electrical, mechanical or civil engineering discipline
• Minimum 3-year working experience as a engineering manager, QA manager, or engineering team lead.
• Knowledge of the SS:638 & SS601 preferable
• Holds a recognized Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certifications
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma quality concepts and tools is preferred
