Responsibilities:

• Preform day to day operations and supply of utilities (eg Electricity, Water, Air Conditioning) to support company operations
• Take charge of operations and maintenance of facilities related equipment and system such as Chilled Water System, ACMV, Electrical, Building Maintenance System (BMS), CCTV, Barrier and Access Control System (ACS)
• Carry out electrical (415V and 6.6kV circuit breaker/switchgear) and mechanical (valves) isolations for maintenance work to be carried out
• Coordinate with various vendors and company Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) to perform plant power shutdown maintenance
• Work with production users on facilities related repairs, enhancement works and renovation projects.
• Work with management on facilities equipment upgrading and replacement works.
• Attend to faults and complaints from users and perform initial investigations and troubleshooting

This position will be responsible for accounting, reporting and compliance for the local entity

• Analyze, interpret and present financial results to drive operational and financial improvement
• Drive operational financial metrics and KPI's is support of continuous improvement initiatives
• Supervision of accounting team
• Direct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• Lead the preparation of the Monthly Operating Review and ensure compliance with all corporate reporting requirements and timelines
• Lead annual budget, monthly operating forecasts and weekly cash flow forecasts in accordance with corporate guidelines
• Provide thoughtful analysis of trends and growth strategies
• Oversee all aspects of cost accounting in a standard costing environment, including accurate and actionable variance analyses
• Cash and treasury management for multiple currencies including accurate and actionable global cashflow planning activities
