• Oversee M&E design and installation processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations
• Coordinate between different disciplines, including architecture, structural, and M&E teams, to ensure integrated project delivery
• Review M&E drawings and specifications to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for M&E activities
• Conduct site inspections to monitor M&E works and ensure adherence to safety standards
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to M&E works, including reports, logs, and drawings
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to resolve issues and facilitate communication
• Assist in the procurement of M&E materials and equipment as required for projects
• Support project managers in preparing progress reports and updates regarding M&E works

Requirements:

• Recognized Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM software (e.g., Revit), and Microsoft Project
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the building construction industry

As a Presales Solution Architect, you will develop technology strategies by understanding client objectives, mapping requirements, and proposing tailored solutions for IT/OT projects, including integration with systems like CCTV, NVR, ACS, and IDS.

You’ll create and present proposals, conduct proof-of-concepts, and ensure solutions align with customer goals, while assessing cost, benefits, and risks.

You will manage client relationships, address technical inquiries, and support sales efforts.

This role requires 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity, with strong expertise in project design, planning, and execution.

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU

• 10 years experience in enterprise architecture
  - 5+ years technical expertise in designing, planning, installing, commissioning end-to-end IT/OT projects.
  - Professional experience with n-tier application architecture development
  - Extensive analytical experience in IT software & infrastructure
• Ability to provide solutions to address cybersecurity requirements
  - In-depth knowledge of network and systems security issues
• Consulting skills (interviewing stakeholders, conducting architecture reviews, & consensus-building)
• Experience leading large group meetings/information-gathering sessions with senior-level executives
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, able to function at both detail & conceptual levels
• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT

• IT software & infrastructure integration of systems such as CCTV, NVR, Access Control Systems (ACS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and gate barrier systems.
• Hands-on experience in several of the following products or technologies:
  - .NET Development Platform (Visual Studio, .Net Core Framework), C#, Phython, SQL Databases, Transact-SQL, XML, Soap, Web Services, agile development methodologies
• IT certification in
  - MCSE, CCIE, CISSP, Scrum Master or equivalent

• Support in the buying of goods and services for Opex
• Effectively execute the relevant S&P steps in the P2P process (Request, Approve, Order, Expedite and Receive) in order to get the right service/product at the right place at the right time
• Effectively use the supporting ERP system. Key user for OCS system
• Contribute to the proper implementation and follow-up of relevant procurement contracts
• Specifically contract administration activities such as facilitate visibility and availability of contracts, manage updates, monitor and follow-up contract end dates
• Support the Manager S&P in structurally managing the supplier base, especially regarding periodical supplier performance measurement and document management as part of the Supplier Management Program
• Support in periodically measuring and analysing processes and their performance/results by measuring global and local KPIs (e.g. P2P, savings, contractor safety, etc.)
• Contribute in discussions on recommendations to improve the performance
• Develop, utilize and promote S&P Technology and systems for P2P and reporting to provide information/solutions to customers and to support decision-making

Requirements:

• Atleast 2 years of relevant purchasing experience
• Preferably experience with ERP system
• Quantity Surveying background is preferred
