About the role

Reporting to the Head of Sales, your responsibilities will includes

• Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries across various communication channels.
• Engage in virtual meetings with potential clients and, as needed, participate in face-to-face appointments.
• Develop comprehensive proposals, quotations, and cost estimates tailored to prospective clients.
• Implement consistent follow-up strategies throughout the sales cycle to drive successful deal closures.
• Maintain and keep sales databases and tracking tools current and accurate.
• Collaborate effectively with account managers to facilitate a smooth transition for closed-won accounts.
• Keep abreast of new product launches and features, providing valuable insights to enhance sales strategies.
• Identify and propose improvements to the sales process for enhanced efficiency. Contribute data and constructive feedback to the Marketing team to optimize digital marketing initiatives.

Skills and experience required

• Min 3 years of relevant experience with hands on experience with CRM systems
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams in a fast paced environment
