Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

5-7 years of experience with SAP IBP, ECC, and S&OP processes.

Proven experience in managing supply chain planning processes within an IBP framework.

Strong understanding of SAP Business Suite, including IBP, APO, SCM, and BI.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively across different time zones and in a global, cross-functional environment.

Experience in training and supporting end users on SAP IBP.

Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including demand planning, production scheduling, and inventory management.

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

SAP certification or similar credentials in IBP or related areas.

Experience working in a global manufacturing or supply chain environment.

Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

APICS certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) or similar supply chain certification.

Experience in a manufacturing or consumer goods environment.
