Responsibilities:

• Perform daily data entry of incoming goods received into the computer system and generate Goods Received Notice (GRN)
• Update and compile monthly stock count status
• Process Local shipments for daily delivery and Billing
• Assist store duties like, goods receiving from suppliers/releasing goods to forwarders, loading/unloading goods in container and transfer journals into store inventory
• General admin duties like: filing, distribution of faxes, photocopying and printing of shipping documents
• Assist in store duties (eg. goods receiving, transferring of journals into store inventory)
• Any other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess PSA Forklift license in
• Minimum 1 years' of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP system

General Job Descriptions

• Trade support, work closely with traders for trade execution.
• Preparing contracts, Proforma Invoice, shipment plans
• To ensure that the necessary documentation and operation processes for import or export trade (If any) activities are carried out under controlled conditions.
• Oversees the administration of the day-to-day operations of the transportation and shipping process to ensure all compliance in all shipping documentation and procedures are carried out.
• Interpreting customers' shipping expectations and requirements into our internal processes to ensure compliance and to interface with multi-levels of inter-company and suppliers for the shipments.
• Maintain the high accuracy of the operation with the team.
• Monitor incoming funds/payment receipts.
• Prepare reconciliation and statements.
• Keeping proper records for all sales and purchase transactions
• Prior knowledge of trading/shipping is an advantage
• The candidate is expected to work after office hours, if need be.

Requirements:

· Diploma and Above

· Experience in ship management/oil trading industry is highly preferable

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Able to work independently and as a team and to take initiative in implementing improvements

Job Descripition:

1. Supervisor on chemical cleaning, Hot oil flushing , pickling & passivation, flange management and High pressure testing at onboard vessels and Anchoarge works.

2.Prepare site progress report and planning manpower to Project Team.

3. Must have experience in FPSO Vessel Pipe and Mechanical diagram

4. Experience in handling Client and VSCC meetings and planning excution.

5. Experience in FPSO Mechanical Pre commissioning and Project Handover

6. Expertise in MSDS and Hazardous Chemical Handling

Requirements
Above 8 years of Singapore based or Shipyard experience

Experience in Marine Operation and Shipyard environment
Shipyard Supervisor Safety Certification and Flange management certification preferred
