In this role you will:

A. Sales Support:

· Reporting to Sales Manager.

· Being the centre point of contact for sales ordering placing, including orders from various countries.

· Efficiently process orders and coordinate deliveries.

· Be involved with the entire sales operations process, from issuing invoice, navigating customer to payment platform, issuing sales order, purchase orders to other trade-related documents.

· Responsible for shipment arrangement to ensure smooth & consistent goods delivery.

· Establish active communication and engagement with sales and logistic team to ensure that orders are processed promptly.

· Point of contact for Key account inquiries and being an inside sales for existing customers.

B. Accounts:

· Maintain accuracy of general ledger.

· Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation etc.

· Prepare monthly financial and management reports for management.

· Oversee AR and AP data and maintenance of sub-ledger;

· Handle data entry of transactions to accounting system.

· Support audit and tax queries.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level & ITE or Diploma with 1 years working experience will be an advantage.

· Basic accounting skills.

· Computer skill such as MS Office.

· Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Brief Description & Role

Description

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• General Scope:

o Provide on-site technical support for PCs (software and hardware), voice equipment & mobile device (Smartphone and Tablet)

o Physically set up computers and software system installation

JOB SUMMARY:

Undertake detailed process and mechanical engineering for awarded projects to support the project execution teams and deliver profitable projects. At the same time, expect to support the proposal team on upcoming tenders on process and mechanical engineering. Provide process support to optimize and troubleshoot operating plants when required which will ensure lowest lifecycle costs and provide feedback for improvements in design.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the proposal team to develop the treatment process and provide the mechanical engineering support during the tender stage.
• Once the order received, proceed in detail engineering for project execution.
• Develop cost effective and innovative water/wastewater treatment process design that meet client design basis and requirements.
• Develop PFD, GA, P&ID, interface drawings and any other materials relevant to proposals submission.
• Review and understand project specifications to ensure company design complies with customer specifications;
• Assist in developing the RFQ to the vendors on the treatment process equipment and mechanical components and parts.
• Prepare equipment datasheets (valve list, equipment list, piping schedule, instrument list, etc);
• Supervise and review complex equipment skid 3D model to ensure compliance with project specification;
• Assist in project costing through lifecycle of the project and submit to business development for pricing.
• Assist in technical and commercial proposals by working with internal teams (BD, engineering, operations, HSEQ), as required.

• To ensure electrical, instrumentation and control engineering technical scope performance meeting the project specification, budget and stakeholder expectation.
• Identify and responsible the electrical, instrumentation and control engineering deliverables.

The Software Developer shall have at least a Degree in Computer Science, Computer Electrical Engineering or Information Technology/Diploma in Computer Studies, or related discipline, and completed at least three (3) projects using Scrum or equivalent as the Agile software development framework, at least 5 years of experience with agile methodology, and 10 years’ experience as a Software Engineer in the Software Platform involved in the project.
The Software Developer’s experience should include experience in gathering users’ requirements, quantifying and analysing them, design software using “Design Patterns”, and programming using techniques and practices like “Test-Drive Development” or “Pair Programming” and “Secure Coding”. The Software Developer shall have at least a Degree in Computer Science, Computer Electrical Engineering or Information Technology/Diploma in Computer Studies, or related discipline, and completed at least two (2) projects using Scrum or equivalent as the Agile software development framework, at least 5 years of experience with agile methodology, and 7 years’ experience as a Software Engineer in the Software Platform involved in the project.
