6. Monitor and ensure all trading certificates are valid, follow up on hot work and daily correspondence with vessel.

7. Administer, review and enforce the ISO procedures and requirements for technical processes.

PURCHASING RESPONSIBILITIES

8. Prepare and Issue Purchase order (PO)

• Ensure approval is obtained and proper closure of the purchasing activities for each technical purchase requirement.

9. Plan, coordinate and ensure that all requirements are delivered to vessel on time, at the right cost and specifications.

• Identify and source for vessels’ requirements (i.e. general store, spares, provision and bonded stores).

• Plan, coordinate (with Operations and Fleet Personnel Department) and monitor the delivery of stores / spares to vessels in a timely and cost-effective manner.

CA’s investment teams use the reports as a tool to analyze asset allocations and total performance returns of various investment managers and to provide information on the investment strategy applied by each fund. The reports also assist our clients in making decisions about their portfolio structures. Client Reporting team members are focused on efficiently producing high-quality products and providing superior customer service to the CA investment teams they support.

Investment Performance Analysts are responsible for all aspects of performance report production; including data input, exhibit generation, quality control, and client portfolio administration. The position is operations focused and includes back to middle office responsibilities to support CA’s multiple services. Job Responsibilities:

• Assume ownership and accountability for the generation and delivery of monthly and quarterly performance reports to investment teams for multiple client assignments
• Input data into proprietary database and maintain high accuracy of reports through extensive quality checking procedures
• Reconcile and track all money movements within client portfolios (e.g., investment manager subscriptions/redemptions, cash flows, private investment commitments, spending) through communication with internal and external parties
• Compare product returns to benchmarks; analyze and document any variances in the reported figures
• Create and maintain custom benchmarks
• Proactively communicate and address requests related to investment performance, deviations from benchmarks and asset allocation targets, and portfolio movements to CA investment teams
• Fulfill time-sensitive data requests and provide professional customer service to CA investment teams and clients
• Based on a thorough understanding of individual client needs, provide recommendations to investment teams for displaying performance results through the performance reporting products
• Other duties as assigned, as earned, and as the group evolves

Job Description:

• Provide in-house CTRM support to worldwide users during their day to day tasks (including pricing, exposure, pnl, VaR, invoicing matters and more), escalate supports when required to development team and ensure following-up with them. Ownership required on each support to provide best service.
• Understand and challenge CTRM’s enhancement requests from users, in order to liaise with development team.
• Train new comers, as well as current users when required, on any part of the CTRM and/or other in-house applications.

Requirements:

• Must have: Working experience of minimum 4 years in the field of IT software applications in the commodities trading business with involvement in business applications change management and day-to-day operation and support

Responsibilities mainly include:

• Manage and execute complete high-end projects for demanding customers in major locations in Asia according to specifics standards and tight schedules.

• Manage sub-contractors on site. Conduct site coordination meetings, quality control and management.

• Be a consultant to customers including design, system selections, programing, and product life-cycle. • Provide and oversee a comprehensive range of after-sales services, including managing service cases, performing routine maintenance, handling power shut-down services, and addressing any other customer concerns.

• Manage LSP and subcontractors for system installation and site related issues.

• Become fully familiar with the BluOcean products and security systems; conduct system staging and in house testing.

• Produce service reports to customers within the expected time.

• Implement security projects with BluOcean standards and work to achieve the highest possible client satisfaction.

• Test and commission system software and hardware.

• Service standby during non-office hours/ weekends when needed.

• Provide technical support to sales team members as required.

• Provide system design and consultation to customers.

• Conduct system training to customers.

• Coordinating with other parties and supporting security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming, collaborating closely with your colleagues to achieve company objectives and deliver the highest quality of services possible.

• Inspecting sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.

The C&S Resident Technical Officer (RTO) shall be part of the site supervisory team in providing supervision, inspections and Quality Assurance of the New Canopy Shelter to Existing Bus Gates (C&S and Architectural) works for the project. Applicants should possess the following minimum requirements:

1. Minimum five (5) years of C&S engineering experience in supervising C&S works preferably in hospital, commercial or aviation construction industry, with construction value of the projects in excess of S$1 million;
2. Minimum a Diploma in C&S;
3. Certified RTO Accredited by IES/ACES;
4. Attended the Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course;
5. Experience in the supervision of structural steel construction;
6. Experience with Structural Retrofitting or Strengthening nature of work;
7. Experience in the supervision of reinforced concrete construction and prefabrication works;
8. Experience in architectural finishing/building works;
9. Past experience with projects located within Changi and Seletar Airport will be advantageous; and
10. Good team player with ability to work independently and multi-task;
