Responsible for coordinating mechanical and electrical works, focusing on Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation systems, for building construction and improvement projects, including:

• Review M&E design drawings for discrepancies with structural, architectural, and client provisions.
• Oversee project implementation, including on-site quality checks and final measurements.
• Evaluate and resolve technical discrepancies.
• Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers and relevant authorities.

Requirements:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits, site feasibility, solar system design, and complete execution.
• Conduct engineering site audits to collect structural, electrical, and related site information for use in the design of commercial and utility-scale solar power systems.
• Design the arrangements of the solar panels for Rooftop, Ground-mounted, Floating, and other various supported electrical equipment and selection of cables for plant including layouts and schematic diagrams and calculation of technical sizing, BOQ/BOM.
• Perform computer simulation of solar photovoltaic (PV) generation system performance or energy production to optimize efficiency.
• Create checklists for review or inspection of completed solar installation projects.
• Analyse costs and benefits of proposed designs or projects and performing cost reduction analyses for solar systems.

Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, renewable energy or relevant field
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience
• Experience and knowledge of reviewing Financial Modelling is preferred
• Preferably with Energy Industry or Renewable Products background

Key Responsibilities

• Establish process conditions through scientific moulding for existing/new products

• Troubleshoot moulding processes and material or equipment issues

• Evaluate tooling for areas of concern, areas of improvement for quality and efficiency, and recommend improvements to optimize moulding, set up, and overall manufacturing

• Collect and analyse data on individual processes to identify and improve process capability

• Document and maintain Mold process sheets for accuracy

• Support process technicians through training in scientific moulding practices

• Leadership role in continuous improvement and cost reduction activities

• Use Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other techniques to analyze process data to determine capabilities as well as improvements
