Key Responsibilities

● Frontline IT Support: Act as the initial point of contact for all IT-related inquiries, handling support requests through phone, email, and ticketing systems.

● Problem Identification and Resolution: Perform troubleshooting for a variety of IT issues, including:

○ Hardware: Laptops, PCs, mobile devices, printers, headsets, desk phones, and conference speakers (e.g., Jabra, Poly).

○ Software/Applications:

■ Security tools (e.g., Zscaler, CrowdStrike)

■ Windows OS (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft 365

■ Finance applications (e.g., SAP client)

■ Printer software (internal and remote setups)

■ Productivity tools (e.g., Thinkcell, S&P CIQ, Quantiwise)

■ Communication and web conferencing products (e.g., Teams, Zoom)

● Service Requests: Handle service requests, including:

○ Triage issues and escalate when necessary

○ Open and manage cases with external vendors, such as Microsoft Engineers

○ Ensure timely follow-up and updates to users, maintaining a response time SLA of 15 minutes

● User Account Management: Address account-related issues (e.g., login issues, password resets, password expiry) and ensure timely resolution.

● Software Maintenance: Maintain, update, and patch software to ensure applications remain functional and up-to-date.

● Documentation: Develop and update user manuals, instructional documents, and guidelines for end-users.

● IT Asset Management: Track, update, and report on IT assets for audit and budget purposes.

Responsibilities:

CR creation:

• Creation of Change request, gather information from multiple sources
• Follow up with user for the missing information
• Validate the CR before submission
• Follow up with various stakeholder for the approval of the change request
• Perform CR amendments based on the user request
• Close the CR

Patching

• Perform UAT and production patching
• Follow the SOP for the patching
• Do pre-preparation for the patching
• Follow up the change request and patch the server and components which are only listed in the change
• Get user confirmation before proceeding to next step
• Any issues or error report to the technical team
• Follow up with user on the verification and testing signoff

Shift:

• Its 24/7 shift work including weekends
• Patching should be performed in the patching room at office

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 helpdesk and onsite support to users on desktop, laptop, mobile and peripherals
• Update software patches periodically
• Provide services for all iMac, Deskside Break Fix support for end user devices and peripherals including delivery processing in accordance with Service Level by location

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Privileged Access Management (PAM) Technical Lead to drive the operation and management of PAM solutions across our organization. This individual will lead initiatives to secure privileged access for critical systems, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure that PAM aligns with our company’s security and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert with extensive knowledge of PAM tools and technologies, coupled with a strong understanding of identity and access management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage overall PAM Solutions:Drive and manage the PAM operation, configuration, and optimization of Privileged Access Management solution to secure privileged accounts, ensuring they meet security, compliance and operational requirements.
  Design and architect tailored cybersecurity solutions that integrate with customer environments.
  Engage in technical discussions, demos, and workshops to address customer challenges and showcase the value of proposed solutions.
  
• Technical Expertise and Strategy:Provide technical guidance and strategic direction for the PAM program, collaborating with various IT teams to enhance access control.

• Strong expertise in PAM tools, and solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea.
• In-depth understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principals.
• Proficiency in implementing security control like MFA, password vaulting and session monitoring.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation (eg. Powershell, python) to streamline PAM processes.

Bonus Skills & Experience (Not Required, but a Plus):

• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
