Working Hours:

• Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Wednesdays: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Fridays: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.

Scope of Services

The Administration Support Officer will be responsible for a range of administrative functions, including but not limited to:

1. Personnel Management:Administration pertaining to the movements of personnel.
   Ensure completion of checklists for new staff joining and staff leaving the school/service.
   
2. Data Management:Update the staff list and particulars (e.g., change of address, contact numbers, staff achievements, completed courses).
   Update school achievements, including CCA achievements.
   
3. Logistical Support:Handle logistics for meetings and major school events such as Founder’s Day, National Day cum Partnership Day, and Secondary Four Graduation Ceremony.
   Arrange refreshments for meetings and other required logistics.
   
4. Communication and Correspondence:Check daily incoming mails and dispatch to respective personnel.
   Prepare a guest book for visitors and design & prepare guest books for foreign visitors.
   Prepare momento photographs for foreign visitors.
   
5. Event Planning and Documentation:Design and print programme booklets for events.
   Update school leaders' and the school's calendar of events.
   
6. General Administrative Duties:Conduct general filing and photocopying duties.
   Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Principal/Vice Principal, including maintaining the school organizational chart.

The Technical Key Account Management function is the single point of contact for Deutsche Börse customers with regard to technical consulting and support. As a Technical Key Account Manager, you will act as an interface to all customers receiving Deutsche Börse´s technical services. Position Purpose:

• To perform deep technical audit of large-scale eBanking application to identify performance bottleneck areas and propose/implement solutions for top performance of application.

• Technical expert specialized in Database model design and architecture as well as runtime Database queries and procedures execution focused on the Oracle database & Java based web application.

Direct Responsibilities:

• Take a lead role in analyzing the current application design and Database model for performance point of view. • Be the main contributor in auditing the Database queries and procedure/packages that are (potential) source of performance issues of application.
