Position summary: The Management Trainee performs and directs overall restaurant daily management. Directs staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained. Maintains standards of restaurant safety and security. Recruits staff and oversees training program. Responsible for inventory and money control systems – may establish inventory schedules. Responsible for local marketing initiatives – may contact prospective guests to promote sales. Maintains business records. Exceptional leadership, management skills and excellent guest service are the major component of this position.

Experience in restaurant operations (3 years), preferably with supervisory experience. Requires excellent communication skills, ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is desirable. Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized POS system/cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 kg frequently and up to 20 kg occasionally. Must have the ability to work a min of 50 to 60 hrs per

Responsibilities (Key Result Areas & Activities)

• Duties include verification of daily restaurant POS sales collections, proceeds from partners/mall vouchers and reconciliations.
• Posting of month end closing of sales into ERP System and gross turnover reporting
• Assist in issuing sales invoices and allocation of receipts from customers
• Update daily cash book and manage bank reconciliation for AR accounts
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and processes for sales collections
• Liaising with Operations on sales collections discrepancies
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior
• To assist the management on other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and preferably Microsoft Dynamics Navision
• Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent

The Opportunity

The role of Medical Sales/Key Account Executive is an integral part of the team. It’s the representative to our customers in both the clinic as well as the hospital settings throughout Singapore.

You will work both independently and within the Singapore team, to diligently plan, organize and carry out activities that will assist the company to meet targets and meet our high expectations for quality customer service. This is a somewhat autonomous role, where you need to be comfortable with making front line decisions and putting forward recommendations to improve process efficiencies to ensure the highest quality of service resulting in the achievement of the monthly sales targets.

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, this role is a permanent role where hours are standard business hours, on site in our Singapore Office.

Key responsibilities

• Assess customers’ needs and position our product/ offering accordingly
• Achieve allocated monthly sales target
• Present product information and demonstrate how the product works
• Communicate and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe CardioScan services utilizing effective selling skills
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
• Keep detailed records of all local customer contacts
• Manage account information and buying trends
• Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
• Plan work schedules with weekly and monthly timetables for the assigned territory
• Prepare and submit weekly updates and monthly sales reports

About you

• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a medical sales representative/cabin crew or similar role
