Job Purpose

Coordinate with the logistics team to perform logistics support and supply chain functions of the Company.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure all movements of materials are physically accounted for and updated in system
• Accountable for inventory accuracy
• Carry out operations plans as instructed by superior

Job Responsibilities & Duties

• Ensure smooth operation in all aspects of store including storage of materials and coordinating of vendors, internal parties and deliveries.

- Assist the Project Manager at site work coordination and execution.

- Recommend and implement measures to ensure workplace safety.

- Prepare and review risk assessment and safe work procedure.

- Ensure scheduled milestones of projects are met in timely order.

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of job orders to the management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Possess Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health
• Minimum three years of relevant work experience, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry
• Experience in supervisory and management of projects, people, work processes
• Outdoor work is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suites including MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point and Auto-Cad
• Effective verbal and written communications
• Able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of employees and customers
• Team player and self-starter capable of working under minimal supervision
• Having a Class 3 driving license will be an advantage

- Provide technical expertise and support to logistics teams.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to logistics systems and processes.

- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of logistics technologies.

- Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to coordinate logistics activities.

- Communicate project updates and changes to stakeholders effectively.

- Ensure logistics operations comply with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in logistics and supply chain technologies.

Responsibilities

· Handle billing process for rental and leasing customers in CLASS system; which includes sending out E- invoices and uploading onto external customer’s portal such as ARIBA and COUPA

· Prepare monthly billings statement of accounts- fleet customers under Rental

· Ad hoc billings (Deposit/ Advance Rental Billings) and Inter Co Billings (Projects)

· Handling Customers / Sales Enquiries – Rental/Leasing/PHV

· Preparation of Rental/ PHV Deferred revenue listing

· Ensure invoices and credit notes are processed and issued in an accurate and timely manner

· Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process identifying areas of performance improvement

· Provide support to the team and in other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Minimum LCCI/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, preferably at least 3 years of Accounts Receivables and general accounting experience

· Strong accounting knowledge

· Experience with SAP is preferred but not a must

· Computer literacy and proficient with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Good problem-solving, and time management skills

· Mature and independent with good working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision under pressure, in a high volume & fast paced environment
