The Assistant Production & Logistics Manager assists the Production & Logistic Manager in the management of the Production department and Plant operation.

Responsibilities

• To support Production Manager in leading Production & Logistics department to ensure safe and stable operation in Daily, GCM (grade change maintenance) and SDM (Shut down maintenance) operation and planning.
• To follow up with Technical and Maintenance department on critical mechanical or E&I issues that impact plant safety, quality, and reliability.

• To support and lead in new production grade trial operation with the trial planning, manpower arrangement, coordination with other various department and in house contractors to ensure smooth operation during the trial.
• To assist or lead Global MOC relating to raw material planning, new specification changes, and packaging design changes.
• To participate and support Production & Logistics Manager in providing information and evidence during HSEQ, Stable Operation, LQA, and Budget preparation, including to make investigation summary or report.
• To undertake special assignments or projects as directed by the Production & Logistics Manager.

Responsibilities:

• You will be empowered with full responsibility of the logistics of the business, leading a team of Logistics professionals as well as overseeing our rider partners
• Lead our logistics strategy - Challenge the status quo and find innovative ways to improve the logistics and operations ecosystem

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, economics, or any other quantitative field (STEM)

• You have strong leadership and communication skills, work independently and are reliable
• You are process-oriented and data-driven
• You have strong analytical skills, ability to extract & analyze data, and presenting concise and actionable insights; SQL experience is a plus
