Aramex Singapore is expanding and we are seeking Field Sales, Express to join our Singapore team and will be reporting to the Head of Sales.

What are the roles and responsibilities?

• Source opportunities and acquire new business revenue for Aramex domestic express services, focusing on multi-channel retailers and brands.
• Identify, gain, and develop account opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Achieve assigned quota for signings and revenue plans, meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
• Utilize solution selling techniques to position Aramex domestic express services effectively and address customer needs and pain points.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional departments in solution development to achieve desired customer outcomes and deliver innovative shipping solutions.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with customers to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Grow and expand business across the entire product portfolio through effective negotiation and relationship management with existing and potential customers.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer retention and satisfaction.

Requirement for the role:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Proven track record of success in sourcing opportunities, acquiring new business revenue, and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of solution selling techniques and account management principles, with experience working with multi-channel retailers and brands.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions and build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with colleagues from various departments to achieve common goals.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and objectives.

Logistics Executive

Responsibilities

¨ Responsible for coordinating import and export shipment operations matters. Ensuring all related transactions are updated.

¨ Manage and coordinate with suppliers, internal or external customers on the daily operational activity and provide support on logistics queries.

¨ Support the maintenance of the warehouse.

¨ Ensuring all goods are properly packed and safe for shipment.

¨ Provide support to the Procurement Engineer to check and prepare materials and liaise with the factory for the collection.

¨ Support PO# processing and email out PO# to Suppliers.

¨ Provide support to incoming materials receipt and stock in.

¨ Perform physical count of inventory on ½ yearly basis.

Job Description

• Perform warehouse duty of inbound, outbound activities, ensure proper cargo checking upon receipt and issuing.

What the role involves:

• Source for and retain new business with potential customers
• Portfolio management to ensure account profile have a good mix of targets to support company sales strategy
• Maintain strong business relationships with customers for customer retention
• Respond to rates quotation request from network offices for RFQs
• Create and compile sales tender / bid, review pricing with Sales and business units
• Monthly update and maintain the pricing database
• Timely Update and reporting into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Follow up on the tender result on submitted bids

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma preferably in Logistics/Transportation/Supply Chain or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in logistics/supply chain
• Communicate effectively with Japanese Stakeholders (local team, Regional Headquarters and Global Headquarters) as well as with Japanese speaking clients for effective rapport building
