Requirements:

● Education – Nitec/Diploma in logistics, warehousing, supply chain management or similar field preferred

● 1+ year of experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain management or related

● Good computer literacy

● Good interpersonal skills, especially to be able to communicate externally with suppliers and internally with colleagues

● Good time management and organizational skills to meet timescales and deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of warehousing, delivering goods, and/or logistics experience, preferably in the F&B industry or similar.
• Possess Class 3 or Class 4 driving license will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable handling heavy loads of items.
• Willingness to learn with a good working attitude.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and be organized.
• Candidates without prior experience will be considered as on-the-job training will be provided.
• Able to commence immediately or within a short notice period will be an added advantage.

Position: Logistics Assistant

Working hours: 6 days work week, 7am - 4pm

Salary: Up to $3,000

Responsibilities:

• Quality and quantity check at receiving at warehouse before dispatching to outlets
• Assisting with deliveries to outlets / external counterparts where necessary
• Ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods (including receiving raw materials from suppliers which involves inspecting receivables for defects, damages or missing items)
• Compliance with HACCP / 5S guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and up keeping of warehouse
• Maintenance and up keeping of equipment
• Ensure records of physical stock is proper and accurate against the system inventory
• Assist with import and export documentation
• Assist with export packing and preparation • Documentation and filing of administrative work

Requirements
