Your role

Our major Oil and Gas Downstream Client is looking for General Support Services/Logistics Coordinator who will oversee and execute the logistics operations at site during Turnaround (TA) to ensure they are executed safely and effectively. You will coordinate inputs from the multi-disciplinary leads to ensure their logistics needs are planned and met. You will also develop and implement the Logistics Plan for an assigned turnaround.

You will work with the TA team to set up and manage temporary facilities for the assigned turnaround to meet TA timeline requirements as well as perform cost estimates for TA logistics costs. You will working with staff and contractors to ensure their transport arrangements (buses, pick-ups, lorries) are in place and operating efficiently during TA.

In addition, you will provide scope for the logistics contracts and work with the CP focal point to ensure contracts are set up and activated as per TA timescale. You will need to be familiar with TA contracting strategy and how TA logistics activities impact the overall TA cost and schedule. You will raise MOCs for temporary facilities such as electrical power, water pipelines, tentages and office cabins. This includes liaison and applications for licenses with relevant Government authorities such as SCDF, BCA & NEA. You will provide basic HSSE analytics and metrics support to the TA HSSE Advisor who is the site Focal Point for HSSE which includes consolidating daily statistics reports / charts updates / E-tracking for NEA and data analysis, as well as updating of quantity and disposal cost into the cost spreadsheet for tracking by TA Cost Engineer / Environment. You are also required to schedule SLT walk-about / assurance for Pre-TA/During-TA HSSE and follow up with calendar schedule invitation.

• Planning of resources used at TA site
• Order and determine the number, locations and allocation of skid bins, waste bins and porta-toilets. Plan for regular cleaning and waste collection schedule

• Work with the TA teams to support their activities for upcoming and future TA. This includes YOY pre-planning of resources, sourcing for contractors and supplies, resources are allocated at the right place and time etc.
• Ensure all logistics works at the site are executed safely through reviewing the method statements, risk assessments, permits and that HSE requirements, e.g. Last-minute risk assessment (LMRA), environmental regulations are understood and practised by the logistics contractors
• Compilation on HSSE related training needs for all TA contractors
• Liaise with vendors for TA Awareness stickers, barricade tapes and banners for follow up with Purchase Request including planning for delivery to site.
• Issuance of training cards, TA Awareness stickers and barricade tapes to all TA contractors

• Able to committ to shift work, and may be required to do overtime (OT), when needed.

• To support and maintain the ASRS (Automation Storage and Retrieve System) and its equipment for the logistics operations.
• To carry out continuous improvement to eliminate the ASRS and its equipment breakdown.
• To carry out planned maintenance of the ASRS and its equipment as per scheduled.
• To carry out routine checks to ensure the smooth operation of ASRS system.
• Carry out repair and troubleshooting of equipment breakdown.
• To maintain correct spare parts safety stock and replenishment.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or relevant certification from recognized institutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Words)
• Familiar with AC installation up to 400/480 volt and DC up to 24 volt.
• Familiar with wiring diagrams, symbols, and electrical measuring.
• Familiar with electrical/mechanical drive technology (e.g. motors and gears).
• Familiar control technology (e.g. controls/inverter).
• Forklift license will be an added advantage.
• Good working attitude, teamwork oriented and ability to learn new tasks.
• Must be able to work at heights exceeding 40 meter.
• Must be able to work on rotating shifts.

• Required to perform shift duty (6 days per week, 12 hours per shift 7am-7pm/ 7pm-7am)
• To perform CCTV monitoring duties in Security Control Room
• To perform Safe Entry, basic HSE checks, sub-contractor entry procedures
• To perform duties at patrol, ecort duties, static duties and other assignment as required
• To respond immediately to guests and staff for their needs or request for security assistance and to following up
• To ensure all duties and security operation assigned to security control room are carried out efficiently and diligently
• Job Requirements: Basic PC skill, for daily adminsitrative task and normal report writting
• Substantial understanding of security operations and able to apply knowledge to complete range of tasks
• Completed the mandatory Security courses with a valid PLRD license

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the finance manager in the preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly management reports for the companies under the Private Mobility Group

2. Assist the finance manager in guiding the finance team and providing sound accounting knowledge

3. Prepare monthly accounts, including the preparation and post of recurring journal entries

4. Perform analytical review procedures of balance sheet and follow up with variance explanations and resolutions

5. Prepare GST return, corporate tax and deferred taxation and liaise with tax agent to ensure timely filing

6. Engage with external financial auditors on audit, tax and accounting issues to ensure smooth closure of year-end financial audit

7. Project accurate cash flow and coordinate inter-companies balances within the group for payments and receipts. To work out borrowing needs and placement of excess cash with holding company.

1. Provide quality finance support services to the business stakeholders of the Group
2. Ensure that processes and systems are running in an effective and effective manner.
3. Perform other duties and assume responsibilities as apparent or as assigned by the finance manager and Management.

Job Requirements:

1. Qualified Accountant with at least a degree in Accountancy or Professional Accounting Qualification

2. Minimum 5 years relevant working experience with at least 2 years of external audit experience with Big 4 preferred

3. Strong knowledge of advanced excel and Power Point

4. Experience in SAP and BPC would be highly advantageous

5. Committed, confident personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills

6. Able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment

7. Strong analytical skills and attention to details
