Job Overview: The HR cum Account Executive will handle both human resource operations and accounting duties. This dual role requires the ability to manage HR functions while overseeing financial tasks such as payroll, invoicing, and budgeting, ensuring smooth operational and financial performance within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities:
• Adapt to various HR functions within the firm, ensuring the development of a positive and collaborative work culture.

• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and budget forecasts to support management decisions.

Requirements:
• GCE “O” Level / Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM), Accounting, or a related field.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Logistics Solutions Specialist is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies with Singapore and Japan HQ Sales & 3PL Departments to achieve 3PL sales targets. He/ She should be a subject expert in logistics technology and solutions which is essential to identifying and developing new and existing business opportunities. He / She will be involved in establishing and building business relationships and acting as the main point of contact for customers located in Singapore and Japan. The specialist will analyse sales performance, set up pricing models, and ensure the delivery of quality, reliable, scalable, and productive solutions to meet customer satisfaction.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve 3PL sales targets.
• Identify new and existing business opportunities, establish and build business relationships.

What the role involves:
