Key Responsibilities:

1) Island wide collection and delivery of spectacles and lens (very light items)

2) Two waves per day, 12.30pm and 4.30pm

Requirements

1) Possess Class 2B valid driving license.

2) Possess own motorbike with box.

3) Valid commercial motorcycle insurance.

4) Familiar with Singapore road.

5) Familiar with using mobile application for job assignment, POD etc.

1) Monday to Friday(11.30am to 7pm) - Supplier will be paid a daily fee of $80.00 per day for two waves of collection and delivery runs

2) Saturday (12.30pm to 6pm) - Supplier will be paid a daily fee of $100.00 per day for one waves of collection and delivery runs

3) Sunday and Public Holiday (12pm onwards, OTOT) - Supplier will be paid a daily fee of $100.00 per day for one wave of collection and delivery run.

For long term committed riders

- there will be an additional $20 per day on top of the daily fee that will be paid out to riders at the end of the month

• Understand the process and operations.

• Assist pharmacist to Lead a team of up to 15 staff and ensure that all are trained up to the predetermined competency level for the operations.

Requirement

• At least a Polytechnic Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or any discipline with at least 3 years of working experience is preferred
• However, candidate with no prior experience may apply.
• Candidate preferably has been working in a pharmacy in acute hospital setting
• Familiar with Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project), Power BI is preferred

Prime Mover Driver / Truck Driver

• Driver trucks in a safe manner at all times, always wearing safety belt and adhering to traffic rules & regulations stated in the Road Traffic Act.
• Keep truck clean inside and out.
• Driver truck to cross-dock and successfully complete entire down load and up load in a professional and timely manner.

Your role is to work closely with a team of Transport Controller in operational with drivers and internal parties, including management of in-house systems to support our 3PL businesses.

Your key responsibility as follows:

• Managing and planning day to day transport deployment of vehicles and drivers and dispatching of vehicles and drivers efficiently.
• Ensuring that all delivery / collection schedules are completed on time.
• Daily check for vessel ETA, yard of collection/returning, booking processing
• Monitoring ongoing operations to ensure timely execution and delivery / collection.
• Liaising / communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer’s request are met.
• Liaising with workshop on vehicle repair / routine servicing.
• Competent in planning & organizing daily transport job schedule.
• Update delivery / collection details in computer system.
• Data entry into computer system for records and driver incentives payment.
• Verifying the driver monthly salary and clarify the record is correct.
• Investigating with driver for any complain or incident happen.
• Ensuring driver are fully compliant to company safety policies and standards.
