Job Purpose
Responsible for day-to-day sales operations, training, and to achieve targeted Service Levels. Conducts regular transaction monitoring and call reviews for the purposes of quality assurance, coaching and training.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Meeting with sales managers to discuss telesales strategies.
· Coaching and training junior telesales staff.
· Writing sales scripts and FAQ responses.
· Implementing sales strategies.
· Managing the telesales team and assisting junior staff.
· Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
· Setting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
· Maintaining relationships with clients.
· Handling escalated customer complaints.
· Compiling and presenting sales reports and analyses.
Qualifications and Experience
· Previous experience working as a team leader.
· Possess of General Insurance Certification (BCP and PGI)
· Prior experience in Motor Insurance preferred.
· Prior experience in telesales preferred.
· Strong leadership and sales skills.
· Ability to multitask.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work well under pressure.
· Ability to write and present reports.
